1 Scope

This document specifies the requirements for airspace application and airspace use for weather modification ground operations (hereinafter referred to as "airspace application and use"). This document applies to the application and use of airspace for weather-modified ground anti-aircraft artillery and rocket-to-air shooting operations. 4 Airspace application

4.1 Plan 4.1.1 To carry out weather modification ground operations, an annual airspace use plan for weather modification ground operations (hereinafter referred to as the “annual airspace use plan”) should be formulated. "Airspace Usage Plan") and submit it to the aviation control unit for approval/recording. 4.1.2 The annual airspace use plan should include a formal document, annual airspace use application and the Annual Airspace Application for Weather Modification Ground Operations. Please use the Planning Report Form (see Figure A.1 for the format).
