1 Scope

This standard specifies the zoning index of the typhoon vortex in the atmospheric boundary layer, the representative identification basis of the wind data segment, and the typhoon eye area. Discrimination basis for wind speed samples in the eye wall area and peripheral area. This standard is applicable to engineering construction, meteorological services, etc. in engineering, meteorology and other related fields.

2 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document. 2.1 Typhoon vortex typhooncyclone Tropical cyclones with a wind speed at the bottom of the center greater than 17.2 m/s (8). Note. Typhoon is a category of tropical cyclones defined by the World Meteorological Organization, namely in the Pacific Northwest (north of the equator, west of the international date line, 100 degrees east longitude) The largest (or extreme) wind speed that occurs in the east reaches 32.7 m/s (12-level wind limit). In China, Japan and other places, it will often be the largest (or Greatly, tropical cyclones with wind speeds above 17.2 m/s (including tropical storms, severe tropical storms, typhoons, strong typhoons and super typhoons) are called typhoons. 2.2 Average wind speed meanwindspeed The average value of the wind speed in the given time interval. The wind is facing upwards, which is the positive wind angle of attack; the wind is facing down, which is the negative wind angle of attack. 2.5 湍flow energy turbulenceenergy The gas flow energy generated by turbulence is calculated in Appendix A, A.1. 2.6 Turbulence intensity The relative indicator of the strength of turbulence is expressed by the ratio of the standard deviation of the turbulent wind speed fluctuation to the average speed. The calculation formula is given in A.2. 2.7 Wind profile index windprofileindex The parameter indicating the change of wind speed with height is expressed in the form of power exponent. The calculation formula is shown in A.3. 2.8 Gust coefficient gustfactor The parameter expressing the wind velocity is the maximum gust wind speed with a duration of τ and the average wind with a time interval of T0 for a time interval of T0.
