1 Scope

This standard specifies the composition of the citizen's network electronic identity and the key pair generation requirements, format requirements and coding rules. This standard applies to the design, development, testing, production and application of citizen network electronic identity identification related systems.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions as defined in GB/T 25069 apply to this document. 3.1 Citizen network electronic identity citizencyberelectronicidentity It has a one-to-one correspondence with the true identity of citizens, and is used to identify the electronic identity of citizens' real identity in online space. 3.2 Citizen network electronic identification code citizencyberelectronicidentitycode Use the ID number of the citizen's true identity, the citizen's name, the ID type code, and the string of 128 bytes of random number. The character code obtained after the rule is processed is composed of a version number, a hash value and a reserved bit.
