Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This standard uses the redrafting method to modify the use of ISO 30005.2012 "ship and marine technology shipbreaking management system shipbuilding and shipbuilding Information Management of Hazardous Substances in the Operational Process. The structural adjustment of this standard compared with ISO 30005.2012 is as follows. --- Delete the "4.3.2.2.1 Analysis Standard" in 4.3.2.2, and no longer set the first level in 4.3.2.2. The technical differences between this standard and ISO 30005.2012 and their reasons are as follows. --- Revised the normative reference document and replaced MEPC.197 (62) with MEPC.269 (68) to work with the International Maritime Organization (IMO) The latest requirements are consistent. This standard has made the following editorial changes. --- Revised the threshold of harmful substances such as asbestos and polychlorinated biphenyls in Appendix A, and added in Appendix A according to the EU Shipbreaking Act. Hazardous substances such as PFOS and its derivatives, brominated flame retardants and their threshold values; --- Revised Table B.2 "Potential Hazardous Substances Project" in Appendix B; --- Revised the threshold of harmful substances such as asbestos and polychlorinated biphenyls in Appendix C, and added in Appendix C according to the EU Shipbreaking Act. 1 Scope
