1 Scope

This standard specifies the serum rabies serum neutralizing antibody for quantitative determination of fluorescent antibody virus neutralization test (FAVN) serum samples Product collection, experimental methods of operation and the results of the decision. This standard applies to animal rabies quantitative immune effects, population immunization coverage and rabies epidemic risk assessment.

4 Reagents and materials

Unless otherwise specified, only analytical reagents are used. 4.1 water. GB/T 6682-2008, two water. 4.2 commercial rabies negative standard dog serum. 4.3 commercial rabies positive standard dog serum, diluted to 0.5IU/mL before use. 4.4 FITC-labeled anti-rabies virus antibody, diluted with PBS (0.01mol/L, pH7.4, see A.1) into a working solution, now with the current service. 4.5 MEM (see A.2). 4.6 Cell culture with antibiotic solution (see A.3). 4.7 Antibiotic-trypsin-ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (ATV) solution (see A.4). 4.8 Fixative .80% Acetone (see A.5).
