Introduction

Taking into account the specific conditions of rail transportation, rail transportation and electrical equipment contained in IEC 60071 (drafted by the IEC /TC28) and Within IEC 60664-1 (drafted by the IEC /TC109) scope of, so from these files and IEC 60077-1 (by the IEC /TC9 from Extraction grass) in the content, form a single reference document as the basis of the entire rail industry standard insulation fitted. Rail insulation coordination Part 1. Basic requirements for electrical and electronic equipment Clearances and creepage distances

1 Scope

GB/T 32350 provisions of this part of the rail transportation applications insulation coordination, applicable to 1400m above sea level and below (nominal voltage AC 1000V, 1500V DC high-voltage electric and electronic equipment above) or elevation of 2000m and below (low-voltage electrical and electronic equipment) Signaling equipment, rolling stock equipment and related ground equipment. Insulation insulation coordination between the components inside the device and equipment selection, sizing and relationships in determining the size of the insulation Consider electrical stress and environmental conditions, when the electrical stress and environmental conditions are the same, the same size is also determined by the insulation. With the purpose of insulation is to avoid unnecessary oversized insulation size. This section provides. --- Equipment clearances and creepage distances; --- General requirements for insulation coordination test. The above terms "device" is defined by 3.3 "portion," it is applied to a part of the system, subsystem, equipment, apparatus, or the like A physical realization of the potential line. This section does not relate to. --- Insulation distance by a solid or liquid; --- Insulation distance by other gases other than air; --- Non-standard insulation distance by air under pressure; --- Equipment under extreme conditions of use. This product is part of the standard basic standards. However, due to security and reliability reasons, such as signaling equipment; the product itself or due to special operating environment, such as overhead lines of existing standards Or regulations (eg IEC 60913), product standards can be adjusted to meet different requirements. This section provides a dielectric test equipment (type test or a routine test), see Appendix B. Note. For safety-critical systems, the need for special requirements, which in the product-specific signal in the IEC 62425 standard provisions.
