Foreword

GB/T 28799 "Heat-resistant Polyethylene (PE-RT) Piping System for Hot and Cold Water" is divided into the following parts. ---Part 1.General Provisions; ---Part 2.Pipes; ---Part 3.Pipe fittings; ---Part 5.System applicability. This part is Part 1 of GB/T 28799. This section was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This part replaces GB/T 28799.1-2012 "Heat-resistant polyethylene (PE-RT) piping system for cold and hot water Part 1.General provisions", and Compared with GB/T 28799.1-2012, the main technical changes are as follows. --- Increased the scope of application of "hot spring pipeline system and central heating secondary pipe network system, etc." and the trade "note" (see Chapter 1); ---Modified the "normative references" (see Chapter 2, Chapter 2 of the.2012 edition); ---Modified "terms, definitions, symbols and abbreviations" (see Chapter 3, Chapter 3 of the.2012 edition); --- Added use condition level 3 (see Chapter 4); ---Added the material requirements of PE-RTⅡ when applied to hot spring pipelines and central heating secondary pipe network (see Chapter 5); ---Added "ash content, oxidation induction time" and other performance requirements (see Table 2 in 5.2); ---Added 45℃, 60℃ and 75℃ three heating conditions of use examples (see Appendix A); ---Adjusted Appendix A of the.2012 edition to Appendix B, and revised the long-term hydrostatic strength curve of PE-RTⅡ raw material. This part uses the redrafting method to refer to ISO 22391-1.2009 "Heat-resistant Polyethylene for Plastic Piping Systems for Hot and Cold Water (PE-RT) Part 1.General Provisions, the degree of consistency with ISO 22391-1.2009 is non-equivalent.
