Introduction

The locomotive body is an important part of the locomotive. It is the installation basis for all the locomotive equipment and provides a comfortable working environment for the drivers and passengers. Safety protection is responsible for various impacts, vibrations and forces under locomotive traction and braking conditions. The locomotive body has sufficient strength and stiffness, and its manufacturing Precision plays an important role in the installation quality and aesthetics of the locomotive. GB/T 25334 "Railway Locomotive Body" aims to establish the design of locomotive body Manufacturing specifications consist of two parts. ---Part 1.Diesel locomotives. The purpose is to stipulate that the standard track gauge is 1435mm, electric transmission and hydraulic power driven by internal combustion engines. Requirements that need to be followed when designing and manufacturing new diesel locomotive bodies with transmission. ---Part 2.Electric locomotives. The purpose is to stipulate the design and design of new railway electric locomotive bodies with a standard gauge of 1435mm. Requirements that need to be followed during manufacturing. Railway locomotive body Part 2.Electric Locomotives

1 Scope

This document specifies the environmental conditions, body composition, technical requirements, test methods, type inspection, marking, transportation of railway electric locomotives and storage. This document applies to the design, manufacture and production of new railway electric locomotive bodies (hereinafter referred to as "car bodies") with a standard gauge of 1435mm. test.
