This Part is applicable to packages with a nominal heating capacity greater than 35 kW, using air as the heating (chilling) source, capable of producing hot (cold) water at an ambient temperature not lower than -25 °C. Note. COPc is the nominal cooling performance coefficient; COPh is the nominal heating performance coefficient. The unit is watt per watt (W/W). 3.3 Coefficient of heating performance under low temperature condition COPdh Under the specified low temperature heating condition, the ratio of the heating capacity of the package expressed in the same unit to the total input power. 3.4 Seasonal energy efficiency ratio SEER In the cooling season, the ratio -- of the total heat removed from the room by the package TO the total power consumed. 3.5 Heating seasonal performance factor HSPF In the heating season, the ratio -- of the total heat delivered to the room by the package TO the total power consumed.4 Type and basic parameters4.1 Type 4.1.1 According to the structural type, it is divided into. 4.1.2 According to the package function, it is divided into. 4.1.3 According to the end of the package matching, it is divided into. 4.2 Model The compilation method of the package model can be determined by the manufacturer; however, the model shall reflect the heating capacity of the package under the nominal working conditions of this Part. 4.3 Basic parameters 4.3.1 The power supply of the package is rated voltage 380 V and rated frequency 50 Hz. 4.3.2 The package shall be able to work normally under the following conditions. 4.3.3 The test parameters of the package are shown in Table 1.5 Technical requirements5.1 General requirements 5.1.1 The package shall comply with the provisions of this Part and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical conditions approved by the prescribed procedures (or according to the agreement between the user and the manufacturer). 5.1.10 Before charging the refrigerant, the surfaces in contact with the refrigerant and lubricating oil in the package shall be kept clean and dry; the outer surface of the package shall be clean. 5.1.11 The installation of the components of the package shall be firm and reliable; the refrigeration compressor shall have anti-vibration measures. 5.1.12 The insulation layer of the package shall be well insulated; there shall be no condensation on the insulation layer when the package is operating normally. The insulation layer shall be non-toxic, odorless, self-extinguishing. 5.1.13 The electrical control of the package shall include the control of the compressor, circulating water pump and fan, etc.; it generally shall also have functions or devices such as motor overload protection, phase loss protection (three-phase power supply), water system interruption protection, anti-freeze protection, system high and low voltage protection. 5.1.14 The package can be equipped with a cold (hot) water circulation pump according to user requirements or actual use; its flow rate and head shall ensure the normal operation of the package. 5.1.15 The content of harmful substances in the control system hardware of the package shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 26572. 5.1.16 The safety and environmental requirements of the package shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 9237. 5.2 Sealing performance and strength requirements 5.3 Operation test The package shall be able to start normally during the operation test; there shall be no abnormality during the operation. 5.4 Performance requirements 5.4.1 Nominal cooling capacity When tested according to the method of 6.3.2.1, the measured cooling capacity of the package shall not be less than 95% of the nominal cooling capacity. 5.4.9 Defrosting When tested according to the method in 6.3.2.6, the package shall meet the following requirements. 5.4.10 -25 °C Heating When tested according to the method in 6.3.2.7, the safety device shall not be activated during the 1 h test operation of the package. 5.4.11 Performance coefficient 5.5.3 Grounding device 5.5.3.1 The package shall have a permanent and reliable protective grounding device. There shall be a permanent and reliable electrical connection between the motor frame or motor-compressor unit and the protective grounding device. The electrical equipment and control components of the package shall be centrally fixed and installed in the electrical control cabinet; it shall be reliably connected to the protective grounding device. The protective grounding circuit shall comply with the provisions of 8.2 of GB/T 5226.1-2019. 5.5.3.2 The protective grounding terminal shall not be used for other purposes except for protective grounding. The protective grounding screws and grounding points shall not be used for other mechanical fastening. 5.5.3.3 When the package is installed and the electrical connection is completed, the continuity of the protective grounding circuit shall be checked by loop impedance test. The test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 6.3.5.3; the measured voltage drop between the grounding terminal and each test point shall not exceed the specified value in Table 3. 5.6 Variable working condition performance The temperature conditions of variable working condition performance of the package are shown in Table 4.The test is carried out according to the test method specified in 6.3.9 and a performance curve or table is drawn. The degree of protection of the package shall be at least IPX4 as specified in GB/T 4208-2017.After the package is subjected to the splash test, its insulation resistance and electrical strength shall still comply with the provisions of 5.5.1 and 5.5.2.6 Test methods6.1 Instrument accuracy and measurement requirements 6.1.1 The accuracy of the test instruments and meters shall comply with the provisions of Appendix C of GB/T 10870-2014 and shall be calibrated or verified. For instruments and meters that are susceptible to on-site wiring or installation, such as temperature and pressure, it should calibrate the sensors, secondary instruments and software as a whole at the measurement site. 6.1.2 The measurement shall be carried out in accordance with the following provisions. 6.2 Package installation and test requirements 6.3 Test items 6.3.1 Air tightness and pressure test 6.3.1.1 Air tightness test The refrigerant side of the package shall be tested under the design pressure according to the leakage test method in NB/T 47012-2010 and shall comply with the provisions of 5.2.1. 6.3.1.2 Vacuum test After the air tightness test on the refrigerant side of the package is passed, it shall be vacuumed to below 266 Pa and the pressure shall be maintained for at least 10 minutes, which shall comply with the provisions of 5.2.1. 6.3.1.3 Pressure test The water side of the package is tested at 1.25 times the design pressure (hydraulic pressure) or 1.15 times the design pressure (gas pressure) according to the pressure test method in NB/T 47012-2010; it shall comply with the provisions of 5.2.2. 6.3.2 Nominal working condition performance 6.3.2.8 Performance coefficient The performance coefficient is obtained as follows. 6.3.2.9 Water side pressure loss For the water side pressure loss in the cooling state, when conducting the nominal operating condition cooling performance test, measure the package water side pressure loss according to the provisions of Appendix B in GB/T 18430.1-2007. 6.3.2.10 Electric power consumed by auxiliary electric heating When the package with auxiliary electric heating is tested for heating capacity according to 6.3.2.2, when the heating operation is stable, the electric heating is energized and the electric power of the auxiliary electric heating is measured, which shall comply with the provisions of 5.4.13. 6.3.3 Noise and vibration test 6.3.3.1 Noise test The package shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of Appendix C; the results shall comply with the provisions of 5.4.14. 6.3.3.2 Vibration test The vibration test of the package shall comply with the following provisions. 6.3.4 Operation test Before leaving the factory, the package shall be powered at rated voltage and rated frequency, to perform at least one startup test run. 6.3.5 Electrical safety performance test 6.3.5.1 Insulation resistance test The test is carried out using an insulation resistance meter at a rated voltage level of 500 V. The measurement shall be carried out between the live parts of the package and the non-live parts that may be grounded. 6.3.5.2 Electrical strength test The electrical strength test of the package shall comply with the following provisions. 6.3.5.3 Grounding device The grounding device of the package shall be tested in the following ways. 6.3.9 Variable working condition test The package operates within the temperature range given in Table 4.When one temperature condition is fixed and another temperature condition is changed (the other is based on the flow rate and temperature conditions under nominal operating conditions), its cooling (heating) capacity and corresponding power consumption are measured. The test results are plotted as a curve or compiled into a table. Each curve or each table shall contain no less than 4 measuring points. 6.3.10 Protection degree test The splash water test is carried out according to the IPX4 level in GB/T 4208-2017. Immediately after the test, the insulation resistance test of 6.3.5.1 and the electrical strength test of 6.3.5.2 are carried out.7 Inspection rules7.1 General requirements Each package shall be inspected and qualified by the manufacturer's quality inspection department before it can exit factory. 7.2 Inspection categories The inspection is divided into exit-factory inspection, sampling inspection, type inspection. The inspection items, technical requirements, test methods shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 9. 7.3 Exit-factory inspection Each package shall be subject to exit-factory inspection. 7.4 Sampling inspection Batch-produced packages shall be subject to sampling inspection. The batch size, sampling plan, inspection level, acceptance quality level shall be determined by the manufacturer's quality inspection department. 7.5 Type inspection 7.5.1 The first product shall be subject to type inspection when the following circumstances occur. 7.5.2 Type inspection shall be conducted once every three years.8 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage8.1 Marking 8.1.1 Each package shall be provided with a permanent nameplate in a conspicuous position. The nameplate shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 13306 and include the contents of Table 10.When using flammable refrigerants, the nameplate shall also provide a "Beware of Fire" warning sign in accordance with GB 2894-2008.The vertical height of the sign shall not be less than 10 mm and may not be colored. 8.1.3 The package shall be marked with the number of the implementation standard in the corresponding place (such as product manual, nameplate, etc.). 8.1.4 If the package uses flammable refrigerants, it shall be permanently marked in a prominent position of the package in accordance with the color and style of the warning symbol 2-2 "Beware of Fire" in GB 2894-2008.The vertical height of the marking symbol shall not be less than 30 mm. 8.2 Packaging 8.2.1 The package shall be cleaned before packaging. All parts shall be clean and dry. Rust-prone parts shall be coated with rust inhibitors. 8.2.2 The package shall be covered with a plastic cover or moisture-proof paper and fixed in the packaging box. Its packaging shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 13384. 8.2.3 The packaging shall be accompanied by accompanying documents, including product certificates, product manuals, packing lists.
