1 Scope

4 Reagents and materials

Weigh 6.80g of sodium acetate (CH3COONa · 3H2O), dissolved in water and dilute to 1000mL. b) acetic acid solution. Take 4.3mL glacial acetic acid, diluted with water to 1000mL. The above two solutions were mixed in a volume ratio 37.63, that was pH4.4 acetate buffer solution. 4.8 pH7.2 phosphate buffer solution. a) Weigh 23.88g disodium hydrogen phosphate (Na2HPO4 · 12H2O), dissolved in water and dilute to 1000mL. b) weighed 9.07g potassium dihydrogen phosphate (KH2PO4), dissolved in water and dilute to 1000mL. The above two phosphate solution by volume mixing ratio of 7/3, that was pH7.2 phosphate buffer solution. 4.9 Preparation of standard solution. a) benzoic acid standard stock solution. Weigh accurately 0.2360g sodium benzoate, dissolved in water and dilute to 200mL. This solution per milliliter Benzoic acid containing the equivalent of 1.00mg.
