Triethylamine 4.9. greater than 99% purity. 4.10 3% (mass concentration) acetic acid solution. Weigh 30g (accurate to 0.1g) in glacial acetic acid (4.3) in 1L flask, water volume. 4.11 to 10% (by volume) ethanol. Measure 100mL anhydrous ethanol (4.4) in 1L flask, water volume. 4.12 5% (by volume) methanol solution of triethylamine. amount of 2.5mL triethylamine (4.9) in 50mL volumetric flask with methanol to volume. 4.13 2- (N, N- dimethylamino) ethanol (DMAE) standard stock solution (2.22mg/mL). Accurately weigh 0.222g (accurate to 0.0001g) DMAE (4.1) in 100mL flask with isopropanol (4.7) volume. Solution should be stored in the dark at a temperature of -20 ℃ ~ ......
