1 Scope

This standard specifies the method for determination of plastic food contact materials in the isocyanate content. This standard applies to the determination using food contact materials made of polyurethane isocyanate content. This standard specifies the polyurethane plastics toluene-2,6-diisocyanate, diphenylmethane-4,4'-diisocyanate, toluene-2,4-diisocyanate Ester, naphthalene 1,5-diisocyanate, phenyl isocyanate and determination cyclohexyl isocyanate low limits were 0.1mg/kg.
