1 Scope

4 Reagents and materials

Unless otherwise specified, all reagents were of analytical grade. 4.1 N, N- dimethylacetamide. 99%, respectively. 4.2 glacial acetic acid. 4.3 ethanol. 4.4 Refined olive oil. 4.5 vinyl chloride standard solution. 5000mg/L, acetone or methanol as a solvent. 4.6 3% (mass concentration) acetic acid solution. Weigh 30g (accurate to 0.1g) in glacial acetic acid (4.2) in 1L flask, water volume. 4.7 10% (by volume) ethanol. Measure 100mL anhydrous ethanol (4.3) in 1L flask, water volume. 4.8 vinyl chloride stock solution. 6 in 10mL glass bottle were added 10mLN, N- dimethylacetamide (4.1), in each bottle by Was added 5μL, 10μL, 20μL, 30μL, 40μL, 50μL vinyl chloride standard solution (4.5), leaving no headspace volume, immediately sealed glass Bottles, mixed well, followed by concentration of TCE to give 2.5mg/L, 5.0mg/L, 10.0mg/L, 15.0mg/L, 20.0mg/L, 25.0mg/L.
