1 Scope

This standard specifies the food of animal origin zeranol, β- zeranol, α- zearalenol, β- zearalenol, red corn Mold one and zearalenone residues in liquid chromatography - mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry. 4 Reagents and materials

Unless otherwise noted, all reagents were of analytical grade water as a water GB/T 6682 regulations. 4.1 Methanol. HPLC fractions. 4.2 acetonitrile. HPLC fractions. 4.3 anhydrous ether. 4.4 chloroform. 4.5 sodium hydroxide. 4.6 sodium acetate trihydrate. 4.7 Phosphate. greater than 85% purity. 4.8 glacial acetic acid. 4.9 0.5mol/L sodium hydroxide solution. Weigh 20g of sodium hydroxide (4.5) dissolved in water and dilute to 1L. 4.10 0.05mol/L sodium acetate buffer solution. Weigh 6.8g of sodium acetate (4.6) dissolved in 900mL of water, glacial acetic acid adjusted to pH 4.8, set the volume to 1L. 4.11 phosphoric acid - water (1 + 4, volume ratio). Take 10mL phosphoric acid and 40mL of water. 4.12 methanol - water (1 + 1, volume ratio).
