1 Scope

This document specifies the core process, resource and other requirements required to deliver high-quality translation services in accordance with applicable specifications. This document applies to translation services provided by translation service providers of all sizes. The scope of application of this document does not include machine translation results and their post-editing. This document does not apply to interpreting services.

3 Terms and Definitions
