1 Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, working conditions, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, lifting and storage requirements for concrete pumps. This standard is applicable to piston concrete pumps with a theoretical conveying capacity of.200m3/h (including.200m3/h).

5 Technical requirements

5.1 General requirements 5.1.1 The working conditions of concrete pump should meet the following requirements. a) The working environment temperature is 0 °C ~ 40 °C, but the average temperature within 24h does not exceed 35 °C. b) The working environment should not exceed.2000m above sea level, otherwise it should be treated as a special case. c) Refer to Appendix A for pumping concrete. Working time before the first failure is not less than 100h; The interval is not less than 100h; the reliability is not less than 85%. 5.2.5 The paint film of concrete pump shall be free from defects such as chromatic aberration, blistering, wrinkling, dew, pitting, flow marks, rust and scratches. Requirements. 5.3 Pumping unit 5.3.1 Concrete pump with high and low pressure switching function should be able to realize high and low pressure pumping switching quickly and conveniently. 5.3.2 Concrete cylinder pistons should be easily and safely replaced. 5.3.3 The commutation of the distribution valve should be flexible, fast and accurate, and the commutation time should not exceed 0.3s. 5.3.4 The commutation control device shall ensure flexible and accurate commutation. 5.3.5 Dispensing valve reversing mechanism and agitator shaft bearing should be reliably sealed and lubricated. 5.3.6 The stirring device should be able to prevent the concrete in the hopper from being separated, and it should be easily removed when the material is filled. 5.3.7 The capacity of the concrete pump washing tank should meet the requirements of the water storage capacity of each stroke cleaning and cooling cylinder. The bottom of the washing tank should be dense The seal is reliable and has a drain. 5.3.8 The hopper discharge port seal should be reliable, and should not leak when working; the seal should not fall off during transportation and work. 5.3.9 Control devices such as pumping, back pumping, and pump stopping should be safe and reliable. 5.4 Hydraulic system 5.4.1 The technical requirements of the hydraulic system shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 3766. 5.4.2 The set pressure of each relief valve should not exceed 110% of the rated pressure of the system. 5.4.3 The hydraulic system should work smoothly, there should be no abnormal noise, the commutation is stable, the impact pressure is small, and the pumping pressure peak should not exceed the working pressure. 50% of the force. 5.4.4 The selection and replacement of hydraulic oil should meet the requirements of GB 11118.1. 5.4.5 The solid particle pollution level of hydraulic oil in the hydraulic system is classified according to the provisions of GB/T 14039, and the solid oil of the hydraulic oil added to the fuel tank The particle pollution level should not exceed -/18/15. After the reliability test is completed, the solid particle pollution level should not exceed -/19/15. 5.4.6 Hydraulic system The filtration accuracy of the hydraulic filter should meet the requirements for the use of the matched oil pump. 5.4.7 The inner wall of the fuel tank should have anti-rust measures, and there should be no foreign objects in the tank; the oil level gauge should be accurate and clear. 5.4.8 During normal operation, the maximum working temperature of the hydraulic oil in the fuel tank should not exceed 80 °C. 5.4.9 The accumulator should be fixed and reliable. 5.4.10 Hydraulic components and piping in hydraulic systems should not seep. 6 Test methods

6.1 Test conditions and test preparation 6.1.1 The concrete pump test sample shall pass the assembly inspection and the parts, accessories and random tools shall be fully equipped as required. 6.1.2 Fill hydraulic oil, fuel oil, lubricating oil and coolant as required. 6.1.3 The test sample is placed on a flat, solid floor. 6.1.4 Factory pumping test load allows water to be used as test load.
