Overlap the standard sieve; overlap from top to bottom in order from the large sieve holes to the small ones. Place the standard sieve onto the sieve shaker; take no less than 100g of sample to place it on the uppermost standard sieve; start the sieve shaker; shake and screen for 5min then stop. Remove the standard sieve, weight the sample on each layer of sieve, and under the 74µm sieve; record the data; calculate the percentage of it accounting for the sample weight. 5.4 Appearance quality The appearance quality inspection of the product shall be carried out by visual examination.6 Inspection Rules6.1 Inspection and acceptance 6.1.1 The product shall be inspected by the supplier; ensure that the product quality conforms to the provisions of this Standard and ordering list (or contract); and fill in the quality certificate. 6.1.2 The purchaser shall inspect the received products according to the provisions of this Standard; when the inspection result is inconsistent with the provisions of this Standard or ordering list (or contract), it shall be proposed to the supplier within 3d from the date of receipt of the product; it shall be solved through the consultation between the supplier and the purchaser. If the arbitration is required, it shall be carried out by entrusting the organization that is jointly approved by the two parties, and shall be jointly sampled by the purchaser. 6.2 Batching The product shall be delivered in batches; each batch consists of the products with the same designation, the same particle size. The product mass per batch shall be no greater than 110t. 6.3 Sampling The number of bags is randomly selected from each batch of products. for the large package (1000kg/bag), select 1 bag from 5 bags as the sample, each sample volume shall be no less than 100g; then combine into large sample. For the small package (25kg or 30kg/bag), select 1 bag from 20 bags as the sample, each sample volume shall be no less than 30g; then combine into large sample. The sampling shall adopt intubation method; taking into consideration of the upper, middle, and lower layers; observe the appearance quality one by one. 7.2 Package, transportation and storage 7.2.1 The product shall be packaged in double-layered bags; the inner layer shall use plastic bag, while the external layer shall use sacks or woven bags. 7.2.2 The product is divided into large and small packages. The new weight per bag of large package is 1000kg; while the net weight per bag of small package is 25kg or 30kg. The bag mouth shall be tightly sealed; it shall not be exposed to the rain or moisture during the transportation and storage processes. When the purchaser has special requirements for the package, it shall be negotiated between the supplier and the purchaser; and indicated in the ordering list (or contract). 7.3 Quality certificate Each batch of products shall be attached with quality certificate, which shall be indicated as follows. a) Supplier name, address, telephone and fax; b) Product name; c) Batch number, designation, net weight, and quantity; d) This Standard number; e) Results of each analysis inspection; and mark from the Quality Supervision Department of the supplier; f) Exit-factory date.8 Contents of Ordering List (or Contract)The ordering list that orders the products listed in this Standard shall include the following contents. a) Product name; b) Particle size; c) Total weight and Unit weight; e) Special requirements negotiated by the supplier and the purchaser; f) This Standard number; ......Source: Above contents are excerpted from the full-copy PDF -- translated/reviewed by: www.ChineseStandard.net / Wayne Zheng et al. |
