It is divided into one-star, two-star, three-star from low to high. 3.4 Environmental product declaration An environmental statement, that provides quantitative environmental data, based on preset parameters, including additional environmental information when necessary. 3.5 Carbon footprint A parameter, which is used to quantify the greenhouse gas emissions of a process, process system or product system, in order to represent their contribution to climate change. 3.6 Heat insulating system material Building materials and products, which are used to improve the heat insulating performance of building envelopes, including organic heat insulating and inorganic heat insulating building materials.4 Assessment requirements4.1 General requirements 4.1.1 The basic properties of heat insulating system materials shall comply with GB/T 10801.1, GB/T 10801.2, GB/T 13350, GB/T 17794, GB/T 17795, GB/T 19686, GB/T 25975, GB 30183, JC/T 647, JG/T 511, GB/T 21558, JG/T 287. 4.1.2 The production enterprise has no major environmental pollution incidents and major safety accidents in the past three years. 4.1.3 The collection, storage, disposal of general solid waste shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB 18599.The storage of hazardous waste shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB 18597; it shall be delivered to the organization, which holds the hazardous waste business license, for disposal. 4.1.4 The production enterprise shall establish and operate the quality management system and environmental management system respectively, in accordance with the requirements of GB/T 19001 and GB/T 24001. 4.1.5 Production enterprises shall adopt advanced technologies and techniques encouraged by the state. It shall not use eliminated or prohibited technologies, techniques, equipment and related substances, as published by the state or relevant departments. 4.2 Assessment indicator requirements The assessment indicators of insulation system materials include resource attribute indicators, energy attribute indicators, environmental attribute indicators, and quality attribute indicators.
