This Standard applies to subplates used in the ambient temperature range of -50~70°C.2 Normative referencesGB 528, Rubber, vulcanized or thermoplastic - Determination of tensile stress-strain properties GB 531, Rubber, Vulcanized - The test method for the determination of shore A hardness GB 1682, Method of test for temperature limit of brittleness for vulcanized rubbers GB 1689, Rubber, vulcanized - Determination of abrasion resistance (Akron machine) GB 3512, Rubber, vulcanized or thermoplastic - Accelerated ageing and heat resistance tests - Air-oven method GB 2828, Sampling procedures and tables for lot-by-lot inspection by attributes (apply to inspection of successive lots or batches)3 Product type and marking3.1 Classification and mark characterized by rail type (see Table 1) 6.2.3 The inspection level of the appearance quality of subplate is the general inspection level I. The acceptable quality level is 6.5. 6.2.4 The physical and mechanical performance inspection level of subplate is special inspection level S-1.The acceptable quality level is 2.5. 6.2.5 The static stiffness inspection level of subplate is special inspection level S-1.The acceptable quality level is 2.5. 6.2.6 Prepare specimens from semi-finished compounds for Akron abrasion test. The abrasion must be less than 0.6cm3/1.61km. Otherwise it cannot be launched into production. 6.2.7 If there are any failed items in the above inspection, in the failed batch of products, the secondary sampling will be carried out with the same plan. Repeat the test for the failed item. If the retest still fails, this batch shall be rejected. Unless the item can be 100% inspected. Resubmit after inspection.7 Marks, packaging, storage and transportation7.1 Marks There must be clear marks that cannot be washed off by oil and water on the marked parts specified in the product drawings. It must indicate. 1) Product name; 2) Year of manufacture (take the last two digits); 3) Name or logo of manufacturer. 7.2 Packaging Subplates are packed in woven bags or cartons. Each package shall not exceed 50kg. The surface of the packaging must be printed with. 1) Product name; 2) Product type; 3) Product quantity; 4) Manufacturer's name and trademark. The product quality inspection certificate must be attached to the package. On the certificate, it must indicate. 1) Product name and type; The width of the loading short rail shall be 1mm larger than the width of the basic size of the specimen. The length is the same as the specimen length. The width of the bottom plate is the same as the length of the rail bottom, which is 170mm. Both sides of the upper surface of the rail bottom must be planed. Add a glass sheet at the contact with the dial gauge probe. The two dial indicators are supported on the base of the testing machine. The probes of the two dial indicators are symmetrically arranged on the opposite corners on both sides of the short rail. C3 Test steps The test environment temperature is 20±5°C. Place the prepared specimen on the bottom plate as shown in Figure C. Apply 140kN of static load. Unload. Stop for 10s. Reapply 140kN of load. Unload; then carry out the formal test. At the beginning of the formal test, adjust the two dial indicators to point to zero. Then load it evenly at a speed of 2~3kN per second. When the load is increased to 20kN and 80kN, stop for 1min each. Record the compression amount ΔAi and ΔBi of the subplate respectively (ΔAi and ΔBi are the average of the readings of the two dial gauges). Repeat the test this way 3 times. The average value of ΔAi and ΔBi measured 3 times is the average compression amount ΔA and ΔB of the subplate at 20kN and 80kN. C4 Test result and test report C4.1 Test result The static stiffness value of the subplate is calculated according to the following formula. Where, S0 - Static stiffness of the subplate, kN/mm; ΔA - Compression amount of the subplate when loaded with 20kN, mm; ΔB - Compression amount of the subplate when loaded with 80kN, mm; 60 - Static load, kN. C4.2 Test report The test report contains the following. 1) Specimen source, specification, quantity and manufacturer; ......Source: Above contents are excerpted from the full-copy PDF -- translated/reviewed by: www.ChineseStandard.net / Wayne Zheng et al.
