Foreword

This standard is compiled in accordance with the requirements of “Notice on issuing the compilation plan of railway engineering construction standards in 2009” (TJSH [2009] No.34), based on the “Standard for constructional quality acceptance of railway station and yard engineering” (TB 10423-2003), well absorbing the construction and operation experiences of such high speed railways as Beijing - Tianjin, Wuhan - Guangzhou, Zhengzhou - Xi’an, Hefei - Nanjing, Hefei - Wuhan, Shijiazhuang - Taiyuan, etc., as well as the speed-up work experience of such railways as Beijing - Guangzhou, Hangzhou - Zhuzhou, Jiaozhou - Ji’nan, Zhengzhou - Xuzhou, etc. This standard is used in conjunction with in line with the “Standard for constructional quality acceptance of railway concrete engineering” (TB 10424), “Standard for constructional quality acceptance of railway subgrade engineering” (TB 10414), “Standard for constructional quality acceptance of railway bridge and culvert engineering” (TB 10415), “Standard for constructional quality acceptance of high-speed railway earth structure engineering” (TB 10751), “Standard for constructional quality acceptance of high-speed railway bridge and culvert engineering” (TB 10752). The standard consists of 19 clauses, the main contents include. general provisions, terms, basic provisions, subgrade waterproof and drainage, road of railway station an yard, tunnel, pedestrian overpass, platform, canopy, container and cargo yard, acoustic/wind fencing, fences and wall, lamppost lighthouse and lamp bridge, gravity loading bin and hopper bin, static sign, integrated pipe ditch, stopper and speed control device, other structures of station yard, comprehensive quality evaluation of station yard engineering. The main content of this revision is as follows. 1.The scope of application covers the construction acceptance of newly built or reconstructed standard gauge station yard engineering of high-speed railway, passenger dedicated line and passenger and freight shared line railway. 2.In clause 5 “Road of railway station and yard”, ADD the “clearance limit portal and frame” and the “protection plinth”, UNIFY the construction criteria, to ensure operational safety. 3.In clause 7 “Pedestrian overpass”, ADD “overpass canopy” and “veneer (brick)”, to form a comprehensive overall criterion for the construction acceptance of pedestrian overpass. 4.ADD clause 10 “Containers and cargo yard”, mainly including the construction acceptance technical requirements for the cushion, base of container and cargo yard, to unify the acceptance criteria for the railway station yard. 5.ADD clause 11 “Acoustic/wind barrier”, mainly including the construction acceptance requirements for the acoustic/wind barrier foundation raw materials, pile foundation bearing capacity, embedded parts, and pile foundation allowable deviation, as well as the acceptance criteria for the installation quality and a... ......
