1 Subject content and scope of application

This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, markings, packaging, transportation, storage of spokes and nipples for bicycles (hereinafter referred to as "spokes and nipples"). This standard is applicable to the spokes and nipples of different materials for bicycles, which are specified in QB 1714 "Bike - Naming preparation methods and models".

3 Product classification

6 Inspection rules

6.1 Products must pass the inspection of the quality inspection department of the manufacturer AND be accompanied by a certificate, before they can leave the factory. 6.2 The unit product, at the time of sampling inspection, is a pair (that is, the spoke and the nipple form a pair). 6.3 Exit-factory inspection Adopt GB 2828. 6.3.1 Adopt general inspection level I and sub-sampling plan. 6.3.2 Inspection items, unqualified classifications, acceptance quality levels are as shown in Table 11.

7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage

7.1 Marking The outer packaging shall have the following signs. a. Manufacturer name; b. Product trademark; c. Product name; d. Product marking; e. Quantity; f. Gross weight and net weight; g. Date of manufacture; h. Box size (length x width x height) or volume. i. Standard code, serial number, name (it may not be marked, if it has been marked in the product manual); j. Avoid getting wet; k. Stacking height. 7.2 Packaging 7.2.1 The structure of the outer packaging box shall be firm and dry. The box shall be lined with moisture-proof paper OR take other moisture-proof measures. 7.2.2 After the products are packed in the specified inner packaging, they shall be neatly arranged in the box AND must not be shaken. 7.2.3 The product packaging shall be accompanied by a certificate of conformity. 7.3 Transportation The packaging box, which contains the product, shall be loaded, unloaded, transported, in accordance with the pictorial signs on packaging, storage, transportation. It shall be handled with care, without throwing. During transportation, it is not allowed to be exposed to the sun or rain; it is strictly forbidden to mix it with flammable products and active chemicals. ......
