See Annex A.6 Limits of hazardous substances and requirements forphysical properties 6.1 Limits of hazardous substances The limits of hazardous substances in the product shall meet the requirements of Table 1. 6.3.3 The physical properties of interior wall paint shall meet the requirements of Table 5. 6.3.4 The physical properties of wood paint shall meet the requirements of Class C decoration paints in GB/T 23999-2009.7 Test methods7.1 General provisions 7.1.1 The products shall be sampled according to GB/T 3186.The sampling size shall be determined according to inspection needs. 7.1.2 Laboratory standard test conditions. temperature of 23°C±2°C, relative humidity of 50%±5%. 7.2 Hazardous substance limits The hazardous substance limits in paste putty, interior wall primer and interior wall paint shall be in accordance with GB 18582.The hazardous substance limits in wood paint shall be in accordance with GB 24410.Hexavalent chromium is carried out in accordance with Annex F in GB 24408-2009. 7.3 Hazardous substance emission level 7.3.1 Total volatile organic compounds (TVOC) emission level Total volatile organic compounds (TVOC) emission level is in accordance with Annex B. 7.4 Physical properties 7.4.1 The properties of paste putty are in accordance with Clause 6 of JG/T 298-2010. 7.4.2 The properties of interior wall primer are in accordance with Clause 6 of JG/T 210-2007. 7.5 Inspection results The inspection results are carried out according to the rounding-off comparison method in GB/T 8170-2008.8 Inspection rules8.1 Inspection items The product inspection is divided into exit-factory inspection and type inspection. 8.3 Type inspection 8.3.1 The type inspection items shall include all technical requirements in Clause 6. 8.3.2 The type inspection should be conducted in one of the following cases. 8.4 Determination rules When the inspection results of the inspected items meet the requirements of this Standard, this test sample meets the requirements of this Standard and is determined as a conforming item. 8.5 Lot Take each kettle as a lot.
