The main power is compressed air, which is used to drive the drifter for rock drilling. In accordance with the connection mode of the air compressor, it can be divided into the following two types. a) Basic open-pit crawler rig, which is also known as independent open-pit crawler rig. The power source of this type of drilling rigs is an external air compressor. Its traveling mechanism and propulsion mechanism are driven by a pneumatic motor. The hydraulic cylinder of the amplitude modulation displacement mechanism is driven by a hydraulic pump driven by a pneumatic motor. inspected by the quality inspection department before they can be assembled. 4.3 The quality of structural steel investment castings shall comply with the stipulations of JB/T 7162. 4.4 The quality of gray iron castings shall comply with the stipulations of JB/T 5937. 4.5 The quality of spheroidal graphite iron castings shall comply with the stipulations of JB/T 5938. 4.6 The quality of non-ferrous alloy castings shall comply with the stipulations of JB/T 5941. 4.7 The quality of steel die forgings shall comply with the stipulations of JB/T 7163. 4.8 The quality of open die forgings shall comply with the stipulations of JB/T 4385.1. 4.9 The quality of machined parts shall comply with the stipulations of JB/T 7164. 4.10 The quality of heat-treatment parts shall comply with the stipulations of JB/T 7161. 4.11 The quality of welding parts shall comply with the stipulations of JB/T 7167. 4.12 The assembly of the drilling rig shall comply with the stipulations of JB/T 7165. 4.13 There shall be operation instruction plates next to all operating handles, and the instruction direction shall be consistent with the corresponding operation direction. 4.14 After the drilling rig is assembled, the operating handles shall be flexible to operate and accurately reset. The traveling direction of the drilling rig (including forward, backward and turning), the pitching and swinging actions of the drilling arm and propulsor, the chassis leveling action, the propulsion and compensation actions of the propulsor shall be consistent with the operation direction of the operating handles. The actions shall be accurate, smooth, without stagnation, and shall be able to be braked at any position. 4.15 The pitching and swinging angle of the drilling arm and propulsor, and the chassis leveling angle shall satisfy the design requirements of the drilling rig. 4.16 The drifter used in conjunction with the drilling rig shall comply with the requirements of JB/T 8718. 4.17 The components and parts of the same model of drilling rigs produced by the same enterprise shall be inter-changeable. 4.18 The junction surfaces or threads of each hydraulic and pneumatic component and each connection part shall be properly sealed, and there shall be no oil or air leakage. 4.19 The temperature of the hydraulic oil shall not be higher than 65 C, and the surface temperature of the rock drill shall not be higher than 85 C. slope or gravel soil slope with a slope of 20 (for light-duty drilling rigs) or 25 (for medium- duty and heavy-duty drilling rigs), and a length of not less than 10 m. 5.2 Inspection Methods 5.2.1 The propulsion force is determined with an electronic dynamometer or other dynamometers. 5.2.2 The tractive force is determined with a tension gauge. 5.2.3 The climbing capability shall be inspected on a slope that complies with the provisions of 5.1.4 of this Standard. Respectively travel upward and downward for 3 times, and if it can reach the top of the slope, it is considered qualified. 5.2.4 The brake inspection shall be carried out while driving downward on a slope complying with the provisions of 5.1.4 of this Standard. Let the traveling drilling rig make a sudden brake, after the drilling rig stops, determine the sliding distance from the beginning of the brake to the stop. Repeat 3 times and take the average value as the braking distance. 5.2.5 During the inspection of the sealing performance, raise the pressure of the hydraulic system to 1.5 times the rated pressure (when the rated pressure is less than or equal to 16 MPa) or 1.25 times the rated pressure (when the rated pressure is greater than 16 MPa), and maintain the pressure for 2 minutes. Observe if there is any leakage. 5.2.6 Place the drill arm and the propulsor flat, move the rock drill to the frontmost end of the propulsor, after parking for 6 hours, check the variation in the length of the piston rod of the support arm hydraulic cylinder. 5.2.7 Turn on the hydraulic system and make each hydraulic cylinder stretch out and draw back twice. Turn off the hydraulic system and immediately and respectively take 100 g of hydraulic oil from the upper, middle and lower parts of the oil tank. In accordance with the method specified in JB/T 4041, inspect the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil taken out from the three parts. Calculate the arithmetic mean as the cleanliness value of the hydraulic system. 5.2.8 Park the drilling rig on a flat road and use a tape measure to measure the distance from the lowest point of the chassis to the road surface, which is the height of the chassis from the ground. 5.2.9 The diameter of the hole is determined by the equipped rock drill and can be measured with a steel ruler. 5.2.10 The hydraulic pump can be actuated in the drilling direction to move the drill arm. Use an angle measuring instrument to measure the angle between the drill arm and the horizontal plane for inspection. 5.2.11 The propulsion length of the drilling rig is the distance between the two extreme positions of the rock drill on the guide rail, the front end and the rear end, which can be measured with a tape measure. 5.2.12 The compensation length of the drilling rig can be achieved by using the compensation cylinder to move the propulsor on the bracket and using a tape measure to measure the distance between its extreme positions. 5.2.13 The safety inspection of the drilling rig shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB 17957. 5.2.14 The traveling speed of the drilling rig shall be measured in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 10913. 5.2.15 The weight of the drilling rig shall be measured using the weighing method. 5.2.16 The appearance quality of the drilling rig should be visually inspected.6 Inspection Rules6.1 Inspection Classification Product inspection is classified into exit-factory inspection and type inspection. Exit-factory inspection is carried out by the quality inspection department of the production enterprise, and type inspection is carried out by the statutory product quality supervision and inspection institution. 6.2 Exit-factory Inspection 6.2.1 Products shall be subject to exit-factory inspection and be accompanied by technical documents proving their quality conformance before exiting the factory. 6.2.2 The exit-factory inspection is carried out in accordance with the inspection specifications formulated by the manufacturer based on specific products. The inspection items are shown in Table 2. 6.3 Type Inspection 6.3.1 Under one of the following circumstances, type inspection shall be carried out. a) When new products are developed, or old products are transferred to the factory for production; b) When there are major changes in the design, process and materials used, etc. of the products; c) When the production resumes after a long-term suspension; d) For batch or mass-produced products, carry out the inspection once every five years. ......Source: Above contents are excerpted from the full-copy PDF -- translated/reviewed by: www.ChineseStandard.net / Wayne Zheng et al.
