The manufacturer shall ensure that all products leaving the factory meet the technical requirements specified in this Standard. An inspection report shall be provided for each batch of products. 6.4 Appearance in 4.1 and water content, mass full exchange capacity, volume full exchange capacity, wet apparent density, wet true density, particle size, and osmotic-attrition ball rate in Table 4.3 of this Standard are exit-factory inspection items. The effective particle size and uniformity coefficient in Table 4.3 are random inspection items and must be inspected at least once a month. Type inspection shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of 6.6.1 in GB 1.3. 6.5 If the user requires inspection of the received products, it shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of this Standard. Re-inspection shall be requested from the manufacturer within three months of receipt. 6.6 If the inspection results show that a technical requirement does not comply with the provisions of this Standard, re-inspection shall be conducted by sampling from twice the number of packages in the batch, and the grade shall be determined based on the re-inspection results. 6.7 If any dispute arises between the supplier and the purchaser regarding product quality, the dispute shall be resolved through mutual negotiation or arbitration by the authorized quality inspection department.7 Marking, Packaging, Transportation, and Storage7.1 Marking Each package must be clearly and securely marked with the product name, model, net weight, manufacturer's name, and this Standard number. 7.2 Packaging The products must be packaged in a container lined with a transparent plastic bag or woven bag. Each package must be accompanied by a certificate of conformity. The certificate must indicate the grade, batch number, and production date. 7.3 Transportation During transportation, this product must be maintained at 5~40°C. Care must be taken to prevent the resin from losing water. This product is not a hazardous material. 7.4 Storage This product has a shelf life of two years under the temperature conditions specified in 7.3. After the shelf life has expired, reinspection may be performed in accordance with the provisions of this Standard.
