This Standard applies to the determination of emulsifying power of effluent oil treatment agents.2 PrincipleThe emulsifier and the oil with color are thoroughly mixed at a certain ratio, then added to water, and shaken to form an emulsion. After standing until the layers are formed, the oil in the emulsified layer is extracted with a solvent. Determine the optical density value of the extract.
