There shall be no delamination and edge cracks. 6.2.2 The strip shall not be severely twisted. 6.2.3 The sickle bend per meter of the strip shall be no more than 3mm. 6.2.4 The longitudinal and transverse radii of curvature of the strip shall meet the requirements of Table 2.7 MarksThe passive component of thermostat metal strip shall have continuous marks corresponding to the designation.8 Technical requirements8.1 Designation, component layer and characteristics 8.1.1 See Table 3 for the designation of thermostat metal, component layer alloy designation and the main characteristics of thermostat metal. 8.3 Performance 8.3.1 The flexivity of the strip specimen after heat treatment shall meet the requirements of Table 4.Refer to Annex C for the recommended heat treatment system. The tolerance level of t flexivity (I or II) shall be indicated in the contract. 8.3.2 The resistivity and bonding strength of the strip shall meet the requirements in Table 4.The bonding strength test (I or II) shall be determined by the supplier and the purchaser through negotiation to choose one. 8.3.3 Required by the purchaser and indicated in the contract, it can measure the elastic modulus of strip specimen after heat treatment. Its elastic modulus 8.3.4 Required by the purchaser, agreed by the supplier and the purchaser and indicated in the contract, the strips with properties other than those specified in Table 4 can be supplied.8 Surface qualityThe strip surface shall be smooth. Cracks, bubbles, flaking, rust spots, severe scratches and harmful spots are not allowed.9 Test methods9.1 Size, shape The size and shape of the strip are checked with measuring tools that can meet the accuracy requirements. 9.2 Flexivity The flexivity test and specimen preparation are carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 8364.Refer to Annex C for the heat treatment system of the specimen. 9.5 Bonding strength 9.5.1 Test method I Test method I is repeated bending test (see Figure 1).
