Note: e.g., smart phones.4 Container electronic seal based on NFC4.1 The container electronic seal based on NFC (hereinafter referred to as “electronic seal”) is combined by NFC tags and mechanical seals, where the type, technical requirements, test methods, and external identification of the mechanical parts shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 23679. 4.2 The environmental requirements of electronic seals shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 33575. 4.3 The data of the electronic seal shall include the chip UID, the seal number, the seal manufacturer number and the container number. During the production of electronic seals, write the electronic seal number and the seal manufacturer number, and set it as read-only. 4.4 The data format and content of the electronic seal shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. Figure 1 – NFC system composition diagram 5.2 Basic requirements 5.2.1 The NFC system shall be provided with the functions of reading and writing electronic seals, recording the time, place, operator and operation image data of relevant operations, and automatically transmitting this information to the information management platform. 5.2.2 The NFC system shall be provided with the function of exception reporting. 5.2.3 The NFC system shall be provided with the function of providing information query services to authorized users; authorized users shall be capable of querying information through the information management platform or the NFC read and write device information query software. 5.2.4 The NFC system shall be provided with the function of providing a standard query interface to a third-party platform. 5.3 NFC read and write device 5.3.1 The reading or writing of electronic seal information shall comply with the regulations of NFC Forum-TS-NDEF_1.0. 5.3.2 The NFC read and write device shall be provided with the functions of reading the container electronic seal and writing the container number into the container electronic seal. 5.3.3 The NFC read and write device shall be provided with the function of accessing the Internet and logging in to the information management platform for security authentication and authorization. 5.3.4 During the operation, it shall have the functions of opening location positioning and automatically obtaining Internet time. 5.3.5 The accuracy of reading and writing of the electronic seal shall not be lower than 99.9%. 5.3.6 The content and format of data interaction between the NFC read and write device and the information management platform shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. 5.4.11 During multi-point inspection, logistics track should be formed.6 Container electronic sealing system operation based on NFC6.1 Operation of packing point 6.1.1 The following information shall be submitted to the information management platform for pre-recording operations: a) chip UID; b) electronic seal number; c) seal manufacturer number. 6.1.2 The electronic seal shall be installed at the keyhole position of the active door of the container. 6.1.3 The sealing operation shall meet the following requirements: a) The electronic seal shall be installed in place, in a safe and reliable manner; b) The NFC read and write device shall write the container number into the electronic seal, and set the data area where the container number is located as read-only; c) The NFC read and write device shall upload the information such as the container number, time, location, operator, and sealing status of the sealed container to the information management platform. 6.2 Operation of the unpacking point 6.2.1 The unpacking operation shall meet the following requirements: a) Check the appearance integrity of the electronic seal, if there is any exception, report the exception through the NFC read and write device; b) The NFC read and write device shall read the electronic seal and upload the chip UID, electronic seal number, seal manufacturer number and container number to the information management platform for verification; c) The NFC read and write device shall upload the information such as the time, place, operator, and unpacking status to the information management platform. 6.2.2 Cut off the electronic seal and complete the unpacking operation. 6.3 Operation during transportation ......Source: Above contents are excerpted from the full-copy PDF -- translated/reviewed by: www.ChineseStandard.net / Wayne Zheng et al.
