And fill in the quality certificate. 5.1.2 The purchaser shall inspect the product received according to the provisions of this Standard. If the inspection results do not comply with the provisions of this Standard and purchase order, the purchaser shall put forward to the supplier within one month since the date of receipt of the 5.5.2 If any indicator in tensile strength, elongation, resistivity and 8A07 aluminum alloy rod heat resistance fails, for big roll, it shall extract double samples from the roll represented by the unqualified sample to repeat the test. If there is still a sample failed, then this roll shall be determined as unqualified. For small roll, it shall extract double samples from the roll represented by the unqualified sample to repeat the test. If there is still a sample failed, then these 2 rolls shall be determined as unqualified. However, the inspection by rolls shall be carried out after agreement by the supplier and the purchaser. Qualified delivery. 5.5.3 When the size deviation is unqualified, this roll shall be determined as unqualified. 5.5.4 When the appearance quality is unqualified, this roll shall be determined as unqualified. But the supplier is allowed to cut out the unqualified part for re-inspection. Qualified delivery.6 Marks, packaging, transport and storage6.1 Marks Each roll of qualified aluminum and aluminum alloys rod for electrical purpose shall be attached with label, at least indicating the following information. a) supplier’s name; b) product’s name, designation; c) diameter; d) batch number; e) state; f) net weight; g) date of production; h) reference to this Standard. 6.2 Packaging The aluminum and aluminum alloys rod for electrical purpose shall be packaged in rolls and well tied.
