This Standard is applicable to human body cross-section patterns at control locations that are obtained by non-contact measuring instrument in clothing industry, including such as human cross-section graphics obtained by laser, infrared, and image stitching types.2 Normative referencesThe following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of this document. NOTE: Usually it is center point or extreme point in XY axis direction. 3.2 body section figure After converting point clouds or solid images obtained using a non-contact measurement, a cross-section graphic of each control part taken from the image that is obtained by using software.4 Requirements4.1 Acquisition of body graphics and inspection principle Based on national standard and industry standard measurement methods, use a non-contact measuring instrument to collect samples to obtain image data. According to body size parts, section figures of different parts (bust, hip, waist, neck) are formed. Respectively check whether graphics are closed and continuous, whether the feature points are complete and the correlation is correct. Determine whether the feature points are offset and whether the offset is within the range. Finally, determine the accuracy of the graphics based on the above parameters. 4.2 Requirements for acquisition of body section figure 4.2.1 Figure acquisition instrument 4.2.1.1 Non-contact automatic human body measuring instrument for clothing. 4.2.1.2 Mobile terminal software or third-party compatible software that can collect body section figure. 4.2.2 Requirements for figure acquisition test 4.2.2.1 Selection of test sample It shall select any tested subject (normal body) who shall stand in the standard standing position. 4.2.2.2 Measurement methods According to the requirements of GB/T 23698, it shall use an automatic measuring instrument to measure the tested subject three times to obtain three sets of measurement results in total. 4.2.3 Figure acquisition methods 4.2.3.1 It can use the software tool of the measurement instrument to automatically intercept. 4.2.3.2 If there are no automatic intercept function, it can use a third-party Right hip point P42 □Yes □No Fore abdominal center point P43 □Yes □No Hind hip center point P44 □Yes □No Left hip protrusion P45 □Yes □No Right hip protrusion P46 □Yes □No 4.3.2.3 If the number of feature points of the figure of each part is consistent with Figure 1, then the feature points of the figure of the part are complete. Record as "Yes" in the checklist; otherwise determine as incomplete and record as "No". 4.3.2.4 If the position of the feature point of each part figure is consistent with Figure 1 and unique, then the feature point of the part figure is determined to be unique and recorded as "Yes" in the checklist. If there are multiple or missing feature points at the same location, it is determined that the feature points are not unique and recorded as "No" in the checklist. 4.3.3 Interrelationship requirements and inspection of feature points 4.3.3.1 In the coordinate axis of Figure 1, the angle between the line connecting the center point of each control part and the line connecting the left and right sides shall be 90° ± 2°. If the angle between the central point line of each control part and the left and right side points is 90° ± 2°, it is determined that the central point line of the part is perpendicular to the left and right side points. Record as "Yes" in the checklist (see Table 5). Record the actual angle. Otherwise, it shall be determined that it is not vertical. Record "No" in the checklist (see Table 5) and record the actual angle. 4.3.3.2 In the coordinate axis of Figure 1, the deviation of the ratio of the coordinate values of the two symmetrical points of each control part graphic shall be within a certain range. According to the allowable deviation table for the position of the symmetrical feature points of each part in the coordinate axis in Table 6, determine whether the position deviation ratio between the symmetrical feature points of the figure is within the allowable range. If it complies, determine as “Yes”, otherwise as “No”. 4.3.3.3 It shall respectively check the interrelationship between the feature points of the graphics of each part. Record in Table 5.
