Classification of Automotive Service Lubricating Greases1 ScopeThis Standard specifies the classification of automotive service lubricating greases. This Standard is applicable to lubricating greases for automotive chassis, hub bearing and automotive accessories.2 Code Description2.1 The classification of automotive service lubricating greases is determined in accordance with the product classification requested by main application occasions of lubricating greases on automotive. 2.2 Each type of automotive service lubricating greases shall be represented by a code constituted of a group of capitalized English letters.
