This Standard is applicable to the steel sheet with vibration damping of which the thickness is 0.60mm~3.00mm used in the fields of automotive, home appliance, construction, machinery, etc. (hereinafter referred to as “vibration damping sheet”). Under normal conditions of packaging, transport, loading-unloading and storage, the supplier shall ensure that the surface of the vibration damping sheet does not rust within 6 months from the date of completion of manufacture. If the purchaser asks the products delivered when they are not oiled, it shall be negotiated at the time of ordering. 7.4 Mechanical properties and coating properties 7.4.1 Mechanical properties of the vibration damping sheet refer to the mechanical properties of the substrate. Due to the influence of aging, the mechanical properties of the steel plate shall deteriorate with the storage time, such as the increase in yield strength and tensile strength, decrease in elongation after fracture, poor formability, tensile strain marks. It is recommended to use as early as possible. 7.4.2 Coating performance shall meet the requirements of the corresponding substrate standards. 7.5 Technology performance 7.5.1 The T-peel strength of the vibration damping sheet shall comply with the requirements of Table 5.
