1 Scope

This Standard specifies the terms, definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of extract of pearl. This Standard is applicable to extract of pearl, which is produced through the techniques of grinding and enzymatic hydrolysis of the raw material of fresh water pearl.

3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions are applicable to this document. Management of Quantitative Packaging Commodities.

5 Test Methods

5.1 State Take the sample, then, conduct visual inspection of the sample away from direct sunlight. 5.2 Identification Test Samples shall be identified in accordance with the method in Appendix A. 5.3 Protein Content Protein content shall be determined in accordance with the method that is stipulated in GB 5009.5. F value is 6.25. 5.4 Calcium Content Calcium content shall be determined in accordance with EDTA titration method in GB 5009.92-2016. 5.5 Solid Content Solid content shall be determined in accordance with the determination method that is stipulated in SN/T 0916. Weigh-take 1 g (accurate to 0.001 g) of sample. After weighing the sample, directly dry it. 5.6 pH Value pH value shall be determined in accordance with the direct determination method that is stipulated in Safety and Technical Standards for Cosmetics (Version 2015). 5.7 Color Color shall be determined in accordance with platinum cobalt colorimetry in GB/T 11903-1989. The configuration range of chroma standard solution shall be degree 0 ~ degree 500. Specifically speaking, degree 0 ~ degree 100 (excluding degree 100). accurate to degree 10; degree 100 ~ degree 500, accurate to degree 50. 5.8 Microbiological and Hazardous Substance Limits Microbiological and hazardous substance limits shall be determined in accordance with the method that is stipulated in Safety and Technical Standards for Cosmetics (Version 2015). 5.9 Net Weight

7 Marking, Packaging, Transportation and Storage

7.1 Marking The external sales package shall indicate. product name; name and address of production unit; production date or batch number; net weight; expiration date; a certificate proving that product quality complies with the standard; standard number. 7.2 Packaging Products shall be packed with non-toxic, innocuous and solid container. 7.3 Transportation Avoid inversion, heavy pressure, solarization and raindrops during product transportation. 7.4 Storage Products shall be stored in a dry, ventilated and sealed place at not more than 30 °C. 7.5 Expiration Date Under the transportation and storage conditions that comply with the stipulation in 7.3 and 7.4, the expiration date of well-packed products and unopened products shall comply with the indicated content on the sales package. ......
