IEC 61215.2005 Crystalline silicon terrestrial photovoltaic (PV) modules - Design qualification and type approval3 Test conditionsUnless otherwise specified, the tests shall be carried out under the following conditions. - Temperature. 20°C ± 5°C; - Air pressure. 8.60×104 Pa ~ 1.06×105 Pa; - Relative humidity. 40% ~ 80%.4 Test purposesVerify the ability of the glass reflective mirror to withstand the hail impact. ● The mass shall be in the range of (7.53 ± 0.37) g. c) Before use, place the ice ball in the storage container for at least 1h. d) Ensure that all the surface temperature of the launchers which are in contact with the ice ball shall be close to the room temperature. e) Use the method of the following procedures to launch 3 times for the simulated target test; adjust the launcher; let the ice ball’s speed which is measured by the speed sensor at the range of (23 ± 1.15) m·s-1. f) Install the sample on the bracket at room temperature; install the sample according to the actual installation mode; let the lowest point of the sample’s surface be perpendicular to the launch path of the ice ball. g) Take the ice ball out of the storage container; place it in the launcher; aim at the impact position specified in Figure 2 and perform launch. The deviation of the impact point’s position and the specified position shall not be greater than 10 mm.
