3 Terms and definitions

The terms and definitions as defined in GB/T 26296, GB/T 26492.3, GB/T 8005.3 as well as the following terms and definitions apply to this document. 3.1 Thermo viscidity The viscosity of the polymer when it reaches a certain temperature. Resistance to acid and alkaline It is free of black spots, white spots, blistering, peeling off Heat resistance In visual observation, the film is free of yellowing or discoloration Surface wetting tension When using No.34 Dyne, the scratch does no shrink Insulation At AC 800V, there is no breakdown (withstand voltage tester does not alarm) Thermo viscidity In visual observation, the film is free of adhesion marks Resistance to cup-drawing The film shall, after being subjected to the cup-drawing test at a compression depth of 5 mm, be free of cracking or peeling off Bending resistance In visual observation, the film is free of cracking or peeling off 4.7 Appearance quality 4.7.1 It is not allowed for the substrate surface to have surface bubbles, water marks, impression marks, bumps, holes, non-metallic indentations, metal indentations, dents, creases, crimps, knife marks, scratches, roller marks, scratches, rolling damage, oil spots, corrosion, pine-shaped patterns, ribs, yellow spots, black strips, roller flowers, embossing, light and dark stripes, sticky marks. 4.7.2 The surface of the substrate is allowed to have defects such as inconspicuous vibration lines that do not affect the use. 4.7.3 It is not allowed for the surface of the coated strip to have bubble spots, fracturing, yellowing, orange peel, fat edge, shrinkage hole, bottom exposure, color difference, black strip, miscellaneous point (particle), mixed color, flowing mark, knife mark, scratch. 4.7.4 The coated strip shall be wound up and rolled tightly and neatly. It is not allowed for the end surface to be scratched or damaged. It is not allowed for the side part to be cracked, curled, or have filamentous burrs. 4.7.5 It is not allowed for the coated strip to have collapse or bird's nest. 4.7.6 It is not allowed for the coated strip to have joints.

5 Test methods

5.1 Chemical composition 5.1.1 The analytical method for the chemical composition of the substrate shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 20975 or GB/T 7999. The arbitration analysis shall adopt the method as specified in GB/T 20975. 5.1.2 The calculation of “Al” content shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 3190. When calculating the “Al” content, take the sum of the analytical Follow the determination method of local film thickness as specified in GB/T 8013.3 to make determination. 5.5.2 Pencil hardness The pencil hardness testing of the film layer is carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 6739. Observe whether the surface film is scratched. 5.5.3 Dry adhesion 5.5.3.1 According to the provisions of GB/T 9286, first draw 11 parallel lines on the specimen. Then draw 11 lines perpendicular to these parallel lines. The spacing between parallel lines is 1 mm. 5.5.3.2 Cover the adhesive tape1) which has an adhesive force of more than 10 N/25 mm on the cross-cut film layer. Rush off the air under the adhesive tape. Quickly pull off the adhesive tape vertically. Grade it according to GB/T 9286. 5.5.4 Resistance to boiling water Inject the clean water into the beaker (it should use tap water). The height of the water is about 100 mm. The water is heated to the temperature of 95 °C ± 3.0 °C. Completely immerse the 80 mm long specimen in water. After placing it for 20 min, remove it. Wipe the specimen dry. After cooling it to room temperature, use visual observation to check the surface of film (except for the peripheral portion of the specimen). 5.5.5 Solvent resistance The test of solvent resistance of the film layer is carried out according to the provisions of 7.1 or 7.2 of GB/T 23989-2009. The arbitration method is carried out according to the provisions of 7.2 of GB/T 23989-2009. 5.5.6 Resistance to acid and alkaline Prepare a sodium hydroxide solution which has a pH of 10.5 ~ 11.0 and a hydrochloric acid solution which has a pH of 3.0 ~ 3.5. Heat the sodium hydroxide solution to 45 °C ~ 60 °C. Put the specimen into it to soak it for 20 min. Remove it. Use flowing clean water (it should use tap water) to rinse the sodium hydroxide solution. Heat the hydrochloric acid solution to 20 °C ~ 30 °C. Then put the specimen in. Immerse it for 20 min. Use flowing clean water to rinse the hydrochloric acid solution clean. Visually check the surface of film. 5.5.7 Heat resistance 1 The Scotch 610 adhesive tape or Permacel 99 adhesive tape is an example of a suitable commercial product. This information is given for the convenience of users of this standard and does not imply endorsement of this product. form (or contract).
