[GB/T 29473-2012, definition 3.2]4 Classification of mobile laboratories4.1 By movement, divided into. 4.2 By discipline, divided into.5 Design principles5.1 Safety When designing the mobile laboratory, the unsafe factors in the process of use, movement and storage shall be fully identified and effectively controlled. 5.2 Environmental protection When designing the mobile laboratory, the environmental protection requirements in the process of production and use shall be fully considered. 5.4 Maintainability The design scheme of the mobile laboratory and the parts, assemblies and equipment of the mobile laboratory shall be maintainable, and the wearing parts shall be easy to maintain and replace. 5.5 Modularity Modular design shall be adopted in the mobile laboratory, to maximize laboratory functions, minimize space and minimize production costs.6 Basic design requirements6.1 Environmental adaptability 6.1.1 Fully identify the climatic environmental conditions (such as temperature, humidity, air pressure, wind speed) in the area where the mobile laboratory is used, so as to ensure the normal operation of the mobile laboratory. 6.2 Mobile compliance 6.2.1 The self-propelled mobile laboratory shall meet the requirements of relevant standards such as GB 7258-2012 and GB 1589-2004. 6.2.4 The carrier of the mobile laboratory shall be complete vehicle, class-2 chassis, semi-trailer and trailer which are listed in the National Automobile Product Bulletin. 6.3 Laboratory shelter 6.3.1 The design of the laboratory shelter shall conform to ergonomics. 6.3.2 The floor and side walls of the laboratory shelter shall be provided with pretreatment measures for the installation of instruments and facilities. 6.3.6 The tightness of the laboratory shelter shall meet the requirements of 5.5 in GB/T 29477-2012. 6.3.7 The carrying capacity of the laboratory shelter shall meet the requirements of 5.7.5, 5.7.6 and 5.7.7 in GB/T 29477-2012. 6.3.8 The laboratory shelter shall be installed with a door lock as required, which shall be easy to open quickly inside. 6.3.9 The laboratory shelter shall be provided with escape facilities. 6.3.10 The laboratory shelter can be designed with positive and negative pressure cabins according to the requirements of use. 6.3.15 The facilities in the laboratory shelter, and the on and off of doors and drawers of the laboratory cabinet shall have a locking function. 6.4 Facilities 6.4.1 The mobile laboratory shall use vehicle-mounted laboratory apparatus which shall be installed and fixed reliably, and shall be provided with a shock absorption device of corresponding level if necessary. 6.4.2 When necessary, the laboratory apparatus and equipment shall be selected to have the characteristics of electromagnetic compatibility. 6.5 Power supply system 6.6 Water supply and drainage system 6.6.1 The mobile laboratory in need shall be equipped with a water supply and drainage system. 6.6.2 The water supply source shall not be polluted. If the water sources of experimental water and public water are different, they shall be indicated separately. 6.6.3 The water supply shall be able to meet the supply of the laboratory for not less than 4 hours of normal work. 6.6.4 The drainage system shall be equipped with sewage collection and discharge devices. 6.7 Air conditioning, cleaning and ventilation systems 6.7.1 For the mobile laboratory in need, install a temperature and humidity conditioning system to make the environment in the laboratory meet the requirements for the use of laboratory apparatus and equipment. 6.7.2 The mobile laboratory shall be equipped with ventilation devices such as detoxification cabinets, universal exhaust hoods, and fans as required. 6.7.3 The mobile laboratory shall be equipped with primary, middle and high efficiency filters as required. 6.8 Air supply system The mobile laboratory shall be equipped with an air supply system as required, and the system shall ensure airtightness, high cleanliness, durability, safety and reliability. It shall meet the requirements of continuous use of various gases by laboratory apparatus and full adjustment of overall or partial gas pressure and flow. 6.9 Environmental protection 6.10 Intelligence 6.10.1 The mobile laboratory should be equipped with comprehensive intelligent systems such as laboratory shelter automatic control system, laboratory information management system, office automation system, safety early warning system, and automatic fire alarm system as required. 6.10.2 The laboratory shelter automatic control system shall conduct centralized control of ventilation, experimental gas, water supply and drainage, temperature and humidity. 6.10.3 The laboratory information management system shall be equipped with necessary remote communication facilities or reserved interfaces. 6.11 Safety protection 6.12 Reliability 6.12.1 The road movement (driving) reliability test scheme of the complete set of equipment in the mobile laboratory shall meet the requirements of QC/T 252. 6.12.2 Working under the specified conditions of use, the average fault mileage of the complete set of equipment in the mobile laboratory is not less than 3 000 km. 6.12.3 After passing the specified reliability driving test, all laboratory apparatus and equipment in the mobile laboratory shall be able to be used normally; no faults affecting the mobile function and experimental function shall occur. 6.13 Marking The mobile laboratory shall be equipped with nameplates and warning signs that meet the requirements of GB/T 29473-2012, including laboratory functions, area management, guidelines, dangerous goods protection, warnings, prohibition prompts, instructions, etc. The power supply lines shall be clearly marked and distinguished. 6.14 Technical documents The mobile laboratory shall have complete and traceable technical documents.
