Granular or crystalline, without mechanical impurities. 4.2 Agricultural (fertilizer) urea shall meet the requirements of Table 1, meanwhile it shall also meet the indicated values.5 Test methods5.1 Appearance It is determined by visual inspection. 5.2 Total nitrogen content It is determined according to the provisions of GB/T 2441.1, calculated according to formula (1). 5.3 Biuret content It is performed according to the provisions of GB/T 2441.2. 5.4 Moisture It is performed according to the provisions of GB/T 2441.3. 5.8 Water insoluble content It is performed according to the provisions of GB/T 2441.6. 5.9 Granularity It is performed according to the provisions of GB/T 2441.7.6 Inspection rules6.1 Inspection categories and inspection items Product inspection includes exit-factory inspection and type inspection. The exit-factory inspection items include total nitrogen, biuret and moisture. The type inspection includes all items to be measured in the following cases. 6.2 Group-batch The products are inspected in batches, the production volume per shift or day is considered as a batch, the maximum batch size is 1500 t. 6.3 Sampling plan 6.3.1 Bagged products When the number of bags is less than 512, follow the Table 3 to determine the minimum number of sampling bags. When the number of bags is more than 512, use the formula (2) to calculate the minimum number of sampling bags. If there is a decimal number, it is rounded off to an integer. 6.5 Determination of results 6.5.1 The qualification judgment of the product’s quality indicators in this standard shall use the “comparative methods of rounding-off values” in GB/T 8170-2008. 6.5.3 When performing the exit-factory inspection, if one indicator of the inspection results does not meet the requirements of this standard, it shall retake the samples from double number of packaging bags for inspection. In the re-inspection results, even though there is one indicator failing to comply with this standard, this batch of products is judged to be disqualified.7 Marking7.1 For the agricultural (fertilizer) urea, it shall be marked on the packaging container with the name and address (residence) of manufacturer, name of product, net content, grade, range of particle size (or SGN and UI), this standard number, other contents to be marked as required by laws and regulations. 7.3 For the industrial urea, it shall be marked on the packaging container with the name and address (residence) of manufacturer, name of product, batch number or date of manufacture, net product content, grade, this standard number, other contents to be marked as required by laws and regulations.8 Packaging, transportation and storage8.1 Agricultural (fertilizer) urea products are packaged by the materials in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 8569, the packaging specifications are 50.0 kg, 40.0 kg, 25.0 kg, 10.0 kg. 8.2 When there are additives in the products within the specified net content range of each bag, they shall be mixed evenly with the original materials.
