Mount the test piece of which the diameter is 100 mm TO sample-film fixing ring; then puncture with a steel-needle, of which the diameter is 1.0 mm and the spherical top diameter is 0.5 mm, at speed of (50±5) mm/min; read the maximum load when the steel-needle penetrates the test piece. Test more than 5 pieces; take the arithmetic mean value. Puncture strength test device is shown in Figure 1. 6.5.12 Friction coefficient Follow the provisions of GB/T 10006-1988. 6.5.13 Surface resistivity Follow the provisions of GB/T 1410-2006. 6.5.14 High-temperature medium resistance Respectively put 4% acetic acid (HAc), 1% sodium sulfide (Na2S), 5% sodium chloride (NaCl) aqueous solution, and refined vegetable oil into pouch; then exhaust the air and seal; carry out high-temperature pressurization treatment in autoclave with anti-pressure cooling device at 121°C for 40 min; cool to below 40°C under the condition that the temperature is maintained unchanged; take out and inspect the appearance one by one; 6.5.16 Hygienic property Follow the provisions of GB/T 5009.60-2003; in which, detection of diaminotoluene follows the provisions of GB/T 5009.119-2003.7 Inspection rules7.1 Laminated films and pouches for food packaging shall be tested for six items - 5.1 Appearance quality, 5.3 Specifications, 5.4.1 Pulling strength, 5.4.4 Heat-seal strength, 5.4.5 Peel strength and 5.4.17 hygienic property; other items are determined by both supplying-demanding sides through negotiation. 7.3 Other contents of inspection rules follow the provisions of specific product standards.8 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage8.1 Marking Inside and outside packaging of each product shall be accompanied by product qualification certificate, indicating product name, specifications, quantity, batch number, date of manufacture, code of inspector, name of manufacturing plant, plant address, executive standard number, etc. 8.2 Packaging Films and pouches are generally packaged in paper-carton lined with Kraft paper or thin film; it may also be determined by both supplying-demanding sides through negotiation. 8.4 Storage Products shall be stored in clean, dry, ventilated, suitable-temperature warehouse; avoid sunlight; the distance to heat source is not less than 1m; products shall be reasonably stacked. ......Source: Above contents are excerpted from the full-copy PDF -- translated/reviewed by: www.ChineseStandard.net / Wayne Zheng et al.
