Foreword

This Standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This Standard replaces GB/T 18046-2008 “Ground granulated blast furnace slag used for cement and concrete”. Compared with GB/T 18046-2008, the main changes are as follows. -- Add "mortar" to the standard name; -- In the technical requirements, add two indicators of "initial setting time ratio and insoluble matter" of slag powder (see Chapter 5); -- In the technical requirements, change the 7 d activity index of S95 slag powder from "not less than 75%" to "not less than 70%"; change the loss on ignition of slag powder from "not more than 3.0%" to "not more than 1.0%" (see Chapter 5, Chapter 5 of version 2008); -- Change the chloride ion test method from "perform according to JC/T 420" to "perform according to GB/T 176" (see 6.5, 6.3 of version 2008); -- Add inspection items of "initial setting time ratio, loss on ignition and insoluble matter" in factory inspection (see 7.3, 7.2.2 of version 2008); -- Add technical requirements of "3 d compressive strength" for the comparative cement; change the specific surface area from "300 m2/kg ~ 400 m2/kg" to "350 m2/kg ~ 400 m2/kg" (see A.2.1, A.3.1 of version 2008). This Standard was proposed by China Building Materials Federation. 1 Scope

This Standard specifies the definition, components and materials, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, factory-leaving, delivery and acceptance, packaging, marking, transportation and storage of ground granulated blast furnace slag powder (hereinafter referred to as slag powder). This Standard applies to the ground granulated blast furnace slag powder that is used for cement mixture, mortar and concrete admixture.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions are applicable to this document. 3.1 Ground granulated blast furnace slag powder It takes ground granulated blast furnace slag as the main raw material, and adds a small amount of natural gypsum, to grind into powder of a certain fineness. 4.1 Slag Ground granulated blast furnace slag powder that meets the requirements of GB/T 203. 4.2 Natural gypsum Gypsum or mixed gypsum that meets the requirements above type-G or type- M level-II (included) of GB/T 5483. 4.3 Grinding aids It meets the requirements of GB/T 26748, and its added amount does not exceed 0.5% of the slag powder mass.

6 Test method

6.1 Density Perform according to GB/T 208. 6.2 Specific surface area Perform according to GB/T 8074.For the calibration of the apparatus for Blaine method, uses GSB 08-3387, Ground granulated blast furnace slag powder fineness and specific surface area standard sample or other reference materials of the same grade; the former shall prevail in case of dispute. 6.5 Sulfur trioxide, chloride ion, insoluble matter Perform according to GB/T 176. 6.6 Loss on ignition Perform according to GB/T 176. The error that is caused by sulfide oxidation during the burning of the slag powder can be corrected by Formula (1) and Formula (2). 6.7 Glass content Perform according to Appendix C. 6.8 Radioactivity Perform according to GB 6566, where the radioactivity test sample is made by slag powder and Portland cement in a mass ratio of 1.1.

7 Inspection rules

7.1 Batching and sampling 7.1.1 Batching Slag powder is batched and sampled at the same level before leaving the factory. Each batch number is a sampling unit. The slag powder factory batch number is specified according to the annual production capacity of slag powder single line as. 7.1.2 Sampling method Perform sampling in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 12573.The sampling shall be representative. Continuous sampling can be performed. Equal samples can also be taken from more than 20 locations, with a total of at least 20 kg. 7.2 Inspection 7.2.1 Factory inspection The factory inspection items are density, specific surface area, activity index, mobility ratio, initial setting time ratio, water content, sulfur trioxide, loss on ignition, and insoluble matter. 7.2.2 Type inspection The type inspection items are all the technical requirements of Chapter 5.In any of the following cases, type inspection shall be carried out. 7.3 Decision rules 7.3.1 Delivery inspection 7.3.2 Type inspection 7.3.2.1 Products, of which the type inspection result meets the technical requirements in Chapter 5, are qualified. 7.4 Inspection report The content of the inspection report shall include the batch number, inspection items, the type and amount of gypsum and grinding aids, and other technical requirements that are agreed in the contract.

8 Factory-leaving, delivery and acceptance

8.1 Slag powder factory-leaving Only when the technical specifications and packaging of the slag powder are confirmed to meet the requirements, it can leave the factory. 8.2 Delivery and acceptance 8.2.1 The quality acceptance of the slag powder at the time of delivery can be based on the test results of the physical samples, or the inspection report of the same batch of slag powder by the seller. 8.2.2 When the inspection result of the physical sample is taken as the acceptance basis, the buyer and the seller shall jointly sample and sign the seal before delivery or at the place of delivery. 8.2.3 When the inspection report of the same batch of slag powder from the same production plant is used as the basis for acceptance, the buyer (or the entrusted seller) shall take samples from the same batch of slag powder before delivery or during delivery, and keep it for two months after both parties have jointly signed the seal.

9 Packaging, marking, transportation and storage

9.1 Packaging Slag powder can be packaged in bags or in bulk. For those packaged in bags, the net content of each bag is 50 kg, and it must not be less than 99% of the marked weight. 9.2 Marking The packaging bag shall be clearly marked. the name of the manufacturer, product name, grade, packaging date and batch number. Gypsum-containing slag powder shall also be marked with "gypsum". For those packaged in bulk, cards with the same content as the bag logo shall be submitted. 9.3 Transportation and storage The slag powder must not be wet and mixed with debris during transportation and storage. ......
