When there are changes in raw materials or production processes, then it shall be batched separately. 6.1.2 For the same-designation products, the maximum amount of each batch is 60 tons. 6.2 Sampling Fireclay refractory mortar’s sampling shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 17617. 6.3 Determination rules Refractoriness, room temperature flexural bond strength, load softening temperature are the acceptance test items. When all the inspection results comply with the values specified in Table 1, then this batch of products are deemed as qualified. When the inspection results have failed items, it shall re-sample double-quantity according to 6.2 to conduct re-inspection.
