6 Test method

6.1 Test preparation 6.1.1 Standard flush tank The inner cavity's size of the standard flush tank for the test is length × width × height (400 mm × 175 mm × 300 mm). 6.2 Surface quality Under the illumination condition where the diffused light on the product surface is at least 300 lx, at a position about 600 mm from the product, visually inspect the surface quality of metal parts, plastic parts and coatings; Follow the provisions of GB 6952 to test the appearance quality of ceramic parts. 6.3 Corrosion resistance test of coating/plating Follow the provisions GB/T 10125-1997 to carry out the 24 h acid salt spray test. 6.4 Installation and removal For the assembled product, use hand touch to check whether the movable parts move flexibly AND whether there is jamming. 6.5 Drive mode Apply an external force to the product's flush switch to open it AND quickly (within 1 s) remove the external force, to check whether it can drain water according to a fixed volume and automatically close. 6.6 Fill valve's thread 6.7 Determination of water replenishment ratio Install the fill valve in a standard flush tank. At the pressure as specified in 5.2.2.2, measure the total water inflow and water replenishment, within the range of 60 s ± 3 s. Use formula (1) to calculate the water replenishment ratio. The result is expressed as a percentage. 6.8 Determination of filling flow Install the fill valve in a standard flush tank (for the fill valve with a water replenishment pipe, it shall put the water replenishment pipe in the flush tank).
