This standard is applicable to identifying the quality of knitted swimming suits in warp or weft knitting interwoven by spandex and chinlon. Thereof, those of the split-type swimming suit with cups shall meet the requirements of FZ/T 73012. 3.4 For the swimming trunk, the net height and net hip parameter of the suitable user are indicated in cm.4 RequirementsThe requirements are divided into two aspects. inherent quality and appearance quality. Inherent quality includes such indexes as fiber content, formaldehyde content, pH value, peculiar smell, detachable aromatic amine dye, tensile-elasticity-elongation, stretch-recovery to chlorinated water (swimming-pool water), colour fastness to soaping, colour fastness to perspiration, colour fastness to water, colour fastness to sea water, colour fastness to rubbing, colour fastness to saliva, colour fastness to chlorinated water (swimming-pool water), colour fastness to light, and splicing-mutual-dye degree. Appearance quality includes such indexes as surface defect, specification size deviation, self size difference, and sewing requirements. 44.2.2 Splicing-mutual-dye degree is only used to examine the product spliced with dark and light colours. 4.2.3 For the swimming suit of split type, the vertical tensile-elasticity-elongation and vertical stretch-recovery to chlorinated water (swimming-pool water) are not examined. 4.2.4 As for each index of inherent quality, the minimum item in the test results shall be regarded as the grading criteria of this product. 4.3 Requirements for appearance quality 4.3.1 The specifications of appearance-quality-grading 4.3.1.1 The appearance quality rating is determined according to surface defect, size deviation, size difference per se and the rating of tailoring requirements. Where appearance defects with different quantity grade are found on the same product, it shall be assessed according to the lowest quality grade. 4.3.1.2 Only two ultimate surface defects with the same grade are allowed to exist on the same product, the exceeded one shall be lowered a grade. 4.3.1.3 Grading specifications of the surface defect 4.3.1.3.1 Grading specifications of the surface defect are detailed in Table 2. Therein the rate adopts 300mm/min; the stable force is 15N; the pre-tension is 0.1N. Randomly sample three samples respectively in straight and transverse direction; the effective working size of the samples is 10cm×5cm. The first extension is to destroy the finishing agent on the textile surface; the elongation at the stable force for the second time of extension is the test value. The test is only for shell fabric. 5.4.7 Test for stretch-recovery to chlorinated water (swimming-pool water) 5.4.7.1 Disposal of the sample. respective three samples are random sampled out of the vertical and the horizontal; the effective working size of the sample is 10cm×5cm. The operating procedure shall be implemented according to GB/T 8433, with stirring for 4h in a container, and the active density of chlorine is 50 mg/L. 5.4.7.2 Determination of stretch - recovery to chlorinated water (swimming-pool water). The processed sample shall be determined according to "Determination of Elastic Recovery Percentage and Index of Plastic Deformation at Stable Force upon Repeated Extending" of FZ/T 70006; therein the rate is 300mm/min; the stable force is 15N; pre-tension is 0.1N; the repeated extending times is 3.The test is only for shell fabric. 5.4.8 Tests for colour fastness 5.4.8.1 Test for colour fastness to soaping It shall be implemented according to the requirements in GB/T 3921; test conditions shall be implemented according to A (1). 5.4.8.2 Test for colour fastness to perspiration It shall be implemented in accordance with the requirements of GB/T 3922. 5.4.8.3 Test for colour fastness to water It shall be implemented according to GB/T5713. 5.4.8.4 Test for colour fastness to sea water It shall be implemented according to the requirements in GB /T 5714. 5.4.8.5 Tests for colour fastness to friction It shall be implemented according to the requirements in GB /T 3920; the vertical is examined. 5.4.8.6 Test for colour fastness to saliva It shall be implemented according to the requirements in GB/T 18886. 5.4.8.7 Test for colour fastness to chlorinated water (swimming-pool water) It shall be implemented according to the requirements in GB/T 8433; therein the effective chlorine concentration is 50 mg/L. 5.4.8.8 Test for colour fastness to light It shall be implemented according to Method 3 of GB/T 8427. 5.4.8.9 Test for splicing-mutual-dye degree It shall be implemented according to Appendix A of this standard. 5.4.8.10 Rating of colour fastness It shall be implemented according to the requirements in GB/T 250 and GB/T 251.6 Judgment Rules6.1 Appearance quality 6.1.1 For appearance quality, the non-conform ratio shall be calculated according to type, colour and specification size. Where the non-conform ratio is 5.0 and within, this batch of products shall be judged as qualified; where the non-conform ratio is larger than 5.0%, this batch of products shall be judged as unqualified. 6.1.2 The error of the mark of internal package shall be calculated with non-conform ratio by piece, the external package is not allowed to be of errors. 6.2 Inherent quality shall be implemented according to the requirements of 4.2; the lot of products is determined as qualified where all of the products thereof are qualified, while the lot of products is determined as unqualified where any of the products thereof is unqualified 6.3 Reinspection 6.3.1 Where any part has disagreements on the inspection results, they may require reinspection for all the disagreed items within the specified period. 6.3.2 Where the reinspection is submitted, the entire quantity of products for submitting reinspection shall be reserved. 6.3.3 Inspection amount of reinspection is 2 times that of preliminary inspection; the judgment rule of reinspection shall be implemented according to 6.1 and 6.2 in this standard; the judgment is subject to results of reinspection.7 Product Instructions for Use, Marking, Packing, Transport andAppendix A(Normative) Testing Method of Splicing-mutual-dye degree A.1 Principle The sample is composed of two outer fabrics scabbed with different colours of garments, and the sample is put into soap solution and mechanically agitated under specified time and temperature conditions then is rinsed and dried. The staining of the sample is assessed with a grey scale. A.2 Test requirement and preparation A.2.1 Where the jointed position of shell fabrics of garments are selected, the jointing seam is taken as the center of a sample; the sampling size is 40 mm× 200 mm with one half of the sample being one colour and the other half the other colour. A.2.2 Where there is no proper position on the garments for direct sampling, 40mm×100mm of spliced shell fabric may be cut respectively from the garments or on the same batch of shell fabrics of this batch of products and then the two samples shall be sewn along the short side into a composite sample. A.3 Operating procedure of test A.3.1 Test for washing is implemented according to GB/T 3921; test conditions shall be implemented according to A (1).
