1 Scope
This part of QB/T 2002 specifies the terms and definitions, classification,
requirements, test methods, inspection rules for the sprayed coating of
hardware fitting of leather products.
This section applies to all kinds of the sprayed coating of hardware fitting of
leather products. Other organic coatings can make reference to this part.
2 Normative references
The following documents are essential to the application of this document. For
the dated documents, only the versions with the dates indicated are applicable
to this document; for the undated documents, only the latest version (including
all the amendments) are applicable to this standard.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Sagging
The trace of the sprayed coating applied to the surface of the hardware
which flows downwards.
3.2
Orange peel
The surface treatment layer which is similar to the corrugated surface of
orange peel.
6.4 Corrosion resistance
Carry out inspection according to GB/T 1771, without making scratches. The
test time is 16 h.
7 Inspection rules
7.1 Group-batch
The products of same type which are produced by the use of the same variety
of raw materials according to the same production process form an inspection
batch.
7.2 Exit-factory inspection
7.2.1 Each batch of products shall be inspected one by one before exit-factory.
They can only exit-factory after passing the inspection.
7.2.2 Inspection items. Appearance quality.
7.3 Type inspection
7.3.1 Under one of the following conditions, it shall carry out type inspection.
a) When there are major changes in product structure, process, materials.
b) When the production is restored after suspension for more than half a year;
c) When the national quality supervision institute proposes to carry out type
inspection;
d) At the time of normal production, the type inspection shall be carried out
at least once every six months.
7.3.2 Sampling quantity
From the products which pass the exit-factory inspection, randomly take 12
products for inspection. For the following 4 items. appearance quality, adhesion,
corrosion resistance, respectively take 3 products for testing.
7.3.3 Judgment of qualification
7.3.3.1 Judgement rules for single-item
For each item, take 3 specimens for testing. If there is one or more
nonconformances, this item is judged as disqualified. If the product has a defect
which affects the use function of the product, this product can be judged as
disqualified.
