Preface
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1.Standard Structure and Compilation".
This standard replaces Q/BQB 400-2019.
Compared with Q/BQB 400-2019, the main amendments of this standard are as follows.
--Modify the inspection document type regulations to be specified by the purchaser when ordering, and determined by the supplier if not specified.
Appendix A of this standard is an informative appendix.

Packaging, marking and inspection documents for cold rolled products
1 Scope
This standard specifies requirements for packaging, marking and inspection documents for cold-rolled steel sheets and steel strips, coated steel sheets and steel strips, and cold-rolled electrical steel strips (coils).
Taking into account the usage habits of manufacturers and users of cold-rolled products, steel strips are hereinafter referred to as steel coils.

3 General requirements
3.1 The steel plates and steel coils should be packed neatly and bundled firmly. The handwriting of the logo should be clear and stick firmly. The packaging should ensure that the product is in order
During transportation and storage, it will not be loose, damp, deformed or damaged.
Note 1.It is generally believed that product packaging cannot reduce the risk of oxidation on the product surface. Mainly because the current product packaging is not yet fully 100%

3.3 For steel strip packaging, the purchaser shall take appropriate protective measures to prevent the steel strip head from popping out and hurting people when the package is removed.

4 Packaging of steel plates
4.1 The packaging types and methods of steel plates are shown in Table 1 and Figures 1 to 4.
