Douche to wash anus 1 Scope This Standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, requirements, test methods, inspection, marking, packaging, storage, transport and operation instructions of the douche to wash anus (hereinafter referred as the douche). This Standard applies to douche to wash anus used in collocation with pedestal pan in toilet. 2 Normative references The articles contained in the following documents become part of this Standard when they are quoted herein. For the dated documents so quoted, all the modifications (excluding corrections) or revisions made thereafter shall not be applicable to this Standard. For the undated documents so quoted, the latest editions shall be applicable to this Standard. GB/T 191 Packaging - Pictorial marking for handling of goods (ISO 780. 1997, MOD) GB/T 1019 General requirements for the package of household and similar electrical appliances GB/T 2829-2002 Sampling procedures and tables for periodic inspection by attributes (Apply to inspection of process stability) GB/T 3768-1996 Acoustics-Determination of sound power levels of noise sources using sound pressure-Survey method using an enveloping measurement surface over a reflecting plane GB 4208-2008 Degrees of protection provided by enclosure (IP code) (IEC 60529. 2001, IDT) GB 4706.53 Household and similar electrical appliances - Safety - Particular requirements for toilets GB 5749 Standards for drinking water quality GB 6952 Sanitary wares JC/T 764-2008 WC seats 3 Terms and definitions For the purpose of this Standard, the terms and definitions defined hereunder and in GB/T 4706.53 apply. 3.1 Douche to wash anus a) Douche is in normal service condition; b) The test voltage is the single-phase AC sine wave, and fluctuation range of voltage and frequency shall not exceed ± 1% of the rated value; c) Ambient temperature, 23ºC± 2ºC; d) Feed-water temperature, 15ºC ± 2ºC; e) Test feed-water pressure, 0.1MPa ± 0.02MPa. 7.2 Appearance quality test Test shall be conducted by the method specified in Article 6.2 of JC/T 764-2008. 7.3 Waterproofing grade test It shall be conducted according to test method specified in GB/T 4208-2008. 7.4 Warm-air performance test Air speed of the highest air speed point is measured at a distance 50mm from warm-air outlet. 7.5 Temperature performance test 7.5.1 Wash water temperature test Position the temperature control device at the highest grade, and the water flow adjustment device at the highest grade. Start up the washing procedures to spray water for 30s, after the douche is energized for stable operation under the normal working condition. Temperature of wash water is measured by thermocouple temperature meter at a distance of 50 mm from the spraying outlet. Do not carry out test within 5s after spraying, three times of tests in average are carried out within the subsequent duration time. 7.5.2 Warm-air temperature test Position the temperature control device at the highest grade, and start up the douche under normal working condition after it is energized; warm-air device runs for 3min once it is activated. Temperature of warm-air is measured by thermocouple temperature meter at a distance 50 mm from the air outlet. Only "Leakage current and electric strength" in GB 4706.53 shall be the exit-factory inspection item. 9 Marking, packaging, storage, transport and operation instructions 9.1 Marking Product markings shall include at least the following contents. a) Product name and type; b) Name and trademark of the manufacturer; c) Rated voltage or rated voltage range, unit. volt (V); d) Rated frequency or rated frequency range, unit. hertz (Hz); e) Rated power, unit. watt (W); f) IP code of waterproofing grade. 9.2 Packaging Upon inspection, the qualified product packaging shall meet relevant provisions of GB/T 1019; exit-factory inspection certificate, operation instructions, attachments, warranty card, maintenance record card and contact information of manufacturer shall be accompanied in the packing container. The packaging mark diagram outside the packaging container shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 191. 9.3 Storage and transport 9.3.1 Storage The storage warehouse for products shall have flat ground, good ventilation and have no corrosive gases. Products of different specifications and types shall be stacked up separately and orderly. 9.3.2 Transport Inclination, inversion, rain, snow and severe collision shall be avoided during transport, and throwing is forbidden during loading and unloading. 9.4 Operation instructions The operation instructions of the douche shall include the following contents. a) Performance, function introduction of the product; b) Related matters on installation methods; c) Related matters on operation methods; d) Matters that require special attention in operation; e) Related matters on routine maintenance inspection; f) Fault repair and other contact matters; g) Safety precautions. ......
