The ability of windows and doors to block solar heat gain in summer, which
is characterized by the solar heat gain coefficient SHGC (total solar
transmittance).
3.4
Ordinary-type windows and doors
The exterior windows and doors which only have requirements for the air-
tightness, water-tightness and wind pressure resistance index, as well as the
following two types of interior windows and doors. 1) Only having
requirements for the air-tightness index; 2) Having no requirements for such
performance indexes as air-tightness, water-tightness, wind pressure
resistance, sound-proofing performance, thermal insulation performance,
fire resistance integrity.
