Make the one end to be tested, close to the vertical working surface. Put the square vertically on the horizontal working surface AND close to the other end to be tested. Then use a steel ruler, to measure the distance of two measuring points, between the vertical working surface and the square, along the center line, which is the length or width of the product. 8.3.3.2 Height Place the tested end of the sample on a horizontal working surface. Place the steel ruler close to the other tested end, in the width direction; make it parallel to the horizontal working surface. Use a square, to measure the distance between the horizontal working surface and the steel ruler, which is the height value of the product. 8.3.4 Hole size 8.3.4.1 Hole diameter and roundness Use a vernier caliper, to measure the diameter of the hole. For special-shaped holes, the inner and outer circle clamps can be used to support measurement. Measures 3 points for each hole. Each measurement rotates the measuring point about 60°, on the basis of the last measurement position. Take the minimum value, as the diameter of the hole; the maximum radius difference is the roundness of the hole. 8.3.4.2 Hole center distance and centerline offset When the sample is placed horizontally, place a cone of tape measure and a cone, into the two measured holes, respectively. Through the cone ruler, read out and record the center distance of the holes. Continue to fix the measuring position of the cone ruler. Use the steel ruler and the square, to determine the centerline offset. 8.3.4.3 Flatness of mounting hole Place a flat plate, which has an area larger than the surface of the mounting hole, in parallel on the surface to be measured. Use a feeler gauge, to measure the maximum vertical distance between the two surfaces. 8.3.4.4 The distance from the holes and the edge AND the installation distance of sewage draining exit Place the sample to be tested, on the detection bench. The edge of the sample is pressed against the square. Place the cone of tape measure in the hole. Read out and record the value, between the center of the hole and the square. 8.3.4.5 Outer diameter of sewage draining exit Use a vernier caliper, to measure the maximum outer diameter of the sewage draining exit, which is about 5 mm ~ 10 mm away from the sewage draining exit. 8.3.5 Water seal 8.3.5.1 Water seal's depth Add water to the pedestal pan's trap, until there is overflow. After stopping the overflow, use a water seal ruler or ruler or an effective instrument, to measure the vertical distance, FROM the water seal surface TO the lowest point of the upper surface of the waterway inlet. Record it. 8.3.5.2 Water seal's surface size Add water to the pedestal pan's trap, until there is overflow. Use a vernier caliper or a similar measuring tool, to measure the maximum length and width of the water seal's surface. Take record. total load of the tested product meets the requirements of 5.7.Keep it for 10 minutes. Observe and record whether there is any deformation or visible structural damage. 8.7.3 Load-bearing capacity test of sink The test board is steel plate, which has a diameter of 76 mm; AND a rubber pad, which has a thickness of 13 mm, is pasted on one side. Place the test board flat on the center of the bottom flush surface of the tested product. Make the rubber surface close to the tested surface. Apply the load vertically, so that the total load on the tested product is 0.44 kN. Keep it for 10 minutes. Observe and record whether there is any deformation or visible structural damage. 8.7.4 Load-bearing capacity test of shower tray The test board is steel plate, which has a diameter of 76 mm; AND a rubber pad, which has a thickness of 13 mm, is pasted on one side. Place the test board flat on the center of the bottom flushing surface and the upper edge surface of the tested product. Make the rubber surface close to the tested surface. Apply the load vertically, so that the total load on the product is 1.47 kN. Keep it for 10 minutes. Observe and record whether there is deformation or visible structural damage. 8.8 Function test of pan and urinal 8.8.1 Functional test device 8.8.1.1 For the functional test of the pan and urinal, it shall use a standardized water supply system, that meets the requirements of E.1. 8.8.1.2 For the delivery characteristics of the drainage pipeline, it shall adopt the test device for the drainage pipeline's delivery characteristics, which is specified in Figure E.3.Among them, the drainage pipe, which is connected to the pedestal pan's sewage draining exit is a transparent pipe with an inner diameter of 100 mm; a 90° elbow is used to connect the lateral pipe. The length of the lateral drainage pipe is 18 m. The downstream slope is 0.020.The drop from the sewage draining exit of the bottom-drain pedestal pan to the center of the lateral pipe is 200 mm. 8.8.1.3 The drainage pipeline's delivery characteristic test shall be carried out on the device, that meets the requirements of 8.8.1.2, using the corresponding standardized water supply system, that meets the requirements of 8.8.1.1.
