Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
This standard replaces GB/T 3900-2003 "tire valve series," compared with the GB/T 3900-2003. The main technical changes
as follows.
--- Modified valve product model tag (the previous version of Chapter 3, Chapter 3 of this edition);
--- "ZR01 vapor-liquid-type valve" to "CR12 vapor-liquid-type valve" (the previous version of Chapter 4, Chapter 4 of this edition);
--- Increased valve specification model (the previous version of Chapter 4, Chapter 4 of this edition);
--- Remove the core sleeve and nozzle housing pattern and size (the previous version of Chapter 4, Chapter 4 of this edition);
--- Increased B09C gaskets and E08C type hexagon nut graphics and size (the previous version of Chapter 4, Chapter 4 of this edition);
--- Remove the previous version of the standard in Appendix A tire valve marking method.
The revised standard use redrafted method using ISO 9413.1998 "Tyre valves - Dimensions and Models" (in English) and
ISO 9413.1998/Amd.1.2001 "Tyre valves - Dimensions and designation Amendment 1. Increase in ISO No. 3 core cavity of the valve" and
ISO 9413.1998/Amd.2.2004 "Tyre valves - Dimensions and designation Amendment 2." Meanwhile, the standard reference to the TRA (2009)
"American Tire Rim Association standards Yearbook" (in English), ETRTO (2009) "The European Tyre Rim Technical Organisation Standards Manual" (in English),
JATMA (2009) "Japanese motor vehicle tires Tire Manufacturers Association standards Yearbook" (in English).
For ease of comparison, listed in Appendix A of this standard and the international standard reg number table.
According to China's valve production and use of the actual situation in the use of ISO 9413.1998, the present standard also made some changes, relevant

1 Scope
This standard specifies the tire valve (hereinafter referred to as valve) model designation, structure type and size specifications.
This standard applies to cars, trucks, industrial vehicles, construction machinery, tractors, agricultural and forestry machinery, motorcycles, electric bicycles,
CAR tire valve.
This standard does not apply to aviation tire valve.

3 Type Marking
Product models and symbols shall comply with GB/T 21285 of. Valves and control components of domestic and foreign models, see Appendix C.
4 structure type and sizes
4.1 valve structure type and dimensions shall comply with the provisions of 1 to 67 in FIG.
4.2 Threads shall comply with the provisions of GB 9765.
4.3 valve type nozzle core cavity should be in accordance with Appendix D of. Size of the core cavity No. 1A, 1B and 2 Number core cavity should be consistent with the core cavity
GB 9764 regulations; the force structure size car tire valve cavity shall comply with the provisions of GB 1796.1 and GB 1796.2.
4.4 valve core shall comply with GB 1796.6, the valve core, the suitable types shall comply with Appendix D.
4.5 standard in all linear dimensions are in millimeters.
