1 Scope
This Standard specifies terms, definition, detection requirements, on-line detection
system composition and detection result output of on-line detection for spot faults of
flat glass.
This Standard is applicable to on-line and real-time automatic detection for spot faults
of flat glass manufactured through float process.

The percentage of accurate recognition of the same type of defects through an on-line
detection device.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions of on-line detection of spot defects in flat glass, inspection requirements, composition of on-line inspection systems and detection of knots.
The output of the fruit.
This standard is applicable to online real-time automatic detection of spot defects of flat glass produced by the float process.

Point defect spotfaults
A general term for defects such as bubbles, inclusions, and spots in flat glass.
3.2
Defect detection rate defectsdetectionrate
The percentage of defects detected per unit area to the actual number of defects.
3.3
Defect type identification accuracy ratetyperecognitionaccuracyrate
The same defect type is identified as the correct percentage by the inline detection device.
4 Testing requirements
4.1 The on-line detection device should be able to identify defects such as spot defects and optical distortion points of flat glass.
4.2 The detection width should be greater than the effective plate width, and the specific values should be agreed between the supplier and the buyer.
4.3 Test requirements are shown in Table 1.

5 The composition of the online detection system
5.1 Detection System
It is mainly composed of a light source, an image acquisition system, a computer processing system, etc., as shown in Fig. 1.
