If there are no special requirements, conduct test as specified in 6.9. The waterproofing of modules shall meet the requirements of degree IPX5 of GB/T 4208-2008; and the dustproofing shall meet the requirements of degree IP5X of GB/T 4208-2008. 4.11 Performance requirements The manufacturer and the purchaser shall agree on specific test items and conditions. Conduct test as specified in 6.10. The power and polarization curve shall meet the requirements of the purchaser. 4.12 Insulation requirements Conduct test as specified in 6.11. The insulation shall meet relevant requirements of GB/T 24549-2009. Monitoring and control of module temperature - being capable of testing and controlling the temperature of circulation cooling liquid and the temperature of reactant gas in and out of modules, as needed. Instruments for monitoring current, voltage and power of modules and data acquisition - during test, measuring and recording the current, voltage and power of modules. Safety control system - safety control system shall be capable of stopping test automatically in case of any alarm of monitoring modules. It is recommended that the anode and cathode pipelines have the capability of purging inert gas. For the out of limit alarming of high/low cell voltage, pressure and temperature as well as gas leakage, it is also recommended that a linked trigger device be provided; and meanwhile, an appropriate ventilation equipment shall be provided. Monomer voltage test - being capable of testing monomer voltage of modules to monitor their consistency and attenuation. Circulation cooling liquid conductivity test - testing the conductivity of circulation cooling liquid of modules. 5.1.2 High-low temperature environment test chambers High-low temperature environment test chambers shall be capable of meeting the high-low environmental conditions required by test; and the temperature uniformity and temperature control accuracy inside chambers shall meet the requirement of setting temperature ± 20°C. Conduct test indoors where there is no wind; the requirements for test points and leakage concentration upper limits can be agreed on by the purchaser and the manufacturer; and if there are no clear requirements, conduct measurement in accordance with the following requirements. For encapsulated modules, provide air intake (1) and air outtake(s) (1 or more); let a certain amount of air or inert gas (the specific gas intake amount as decided by the purchaser and the manufacturer) pass through the gas intake of modules to get inside modules; and then discharge through the gas outtake. During the operation of modules, use a hydrogen leakage detector to test the hydrogen concentration in the gas outtake pipe of modules; take the maximum concentration value during test, which shall be < 25%LFL. Meanwhile, test the hydrogen concentration 20 mm right above all screws on the surface of modules and 20 mm right above 4 corners. Ensure that encapsulation meet the sealing requirements. The test time for each test point shall be > 10 s; and take the maximum concentration value during test, which shall be < 25%LFL.
