1 Scope
This Standard specifies the requirements, test equipment, test methods, inspection
rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage, etc. for proton exchange
membrane fuel cell modules for road vehicles.
This Standard applies to proton exchange membrane fuel cell modules for road
vehicles (hereinafter referred to as modules).
2 Normative References
The following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of this
document. For dated references, only the edition dated applies to this document. For
undated references, the latest edition of the referenced documents (including all
amendments) applies to This Standard.
GB/T 4208-2008, Degrees of protection provided by enclosure (IP code)
3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions, and those
defined in GB/T 28816, apply.
4 Requirements
Conduct test as specified in 6.3.The hydrogen leakage concentration of modules shall
not exceed 25% LFL. The hydrogen leakage rate shall meet the requirements for the
hydrogen leakage of fuel cell electric vehicle parts specified in SAE J2578-2009.
If a complete vehicle has requirements on modules, then the requirements of the
complete vehicle shall be met.
5 Test preparation
Monitoring and control of module temperature - being capable of testing and controlling
the temperature of circulation cooling liquid and the temperature of reactant gas in and
out of modules, as needed.
Vibration test platform shall be capable of meeting the requirements for module
vibration test and vibrating in the longitudinal direction, lateral direction, vertical
direction, etc.
6 Test methods
It is recommended that the following sequence be followed to conduct test.
Conduct the conducted emission-voltage method test of module controller in
accordance with the test method specified in 6.2 of GB/T 18655-2010.
7 Inspection rules
The above 6.1 ~ 6.15 are type tests.
6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.10 and 6.11 are routine tests.
8 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
Packaging shall meet the requirements for damp-proofing and vibration-proofing.
The basic content of the outer marking of packaging boxes shall include.
During transportation, products shall be protected from drastic mechanical shock,
sunlight exposure and rainwater.
9 Documents
In accordance with design drawings, conduct inspection for key dimensions and
installation dimensions. And give inspection summaries for each item.
All articles inside product packaging box are listed one by one, such as materials and
documents, to indicate quantities and names for the convenience of the receiver to
verify.
