Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB/T 32288-2015 "Electrical Steel Core for Power Transformers". Compared with GB/T 32288-2015, this standard
The main technical changes are as follows.
--- Modified the scope of application of this standard (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2015 edition);
--- Modify the description of the original "iron core diagram" in the order content (see Chapter 3, Chapter 3 of the.2015 edition);
--- Modified the way of quoting JB/T 3837 (see Chapter 4, Chapter 4 of the.2015 edition);
--- Modified the voltage requirements of the core-to-ground insulation test and the requirements of the core-to-ground insulation value (see 5.1, 5.1 of the.2015 edition);
--- Modified the standard requirements for the materials used for the clamp, insulation, fasteners, etc. of the transformer core structure (see 5.3.1,
2015 version 5.3.1);
--- Added slitting white border items and their requirements and reference detection methods and tools, and added white border inspection methods (see Table 1);
--- Added slitting metal hairline project and its requirements and testing methods, and added metal hairline inspection method (see Table 1);
---Modified the reference check for items such as film length deviation, angle deviation, window height, window width, diagonal line, core section symmetry, end flatness, etc.

1 Scope
This standard stipulates the model representation method, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marks, packages of electrical steel cores for power transformers
Loading, transportation and storage.
This standard applies to electrical steel stacked iron cores for power transformers (hereinafter referred to as iron cores).

4 Model representation method
The model of the iron core follows the model of the power transformer specified in JB/T 3837.
